Intro: My intentions are to track what, if any, interactions I deem are influenced by mones. Whether this be my immediate family, work environment, or just bopping around town. I’m a 36 year old half-Korean male, ISTJ, B+ blood type, scorpio, average build, married, sysadmin, yadda yadda yadda .. Current cologne usage: Creed SMW, Tabarome Millesime, Jardin D’Amalfi, Imperial Millesime Current supply: Ammo x2 togo, IS togo, IH togo, TUTH togo, P83 12.5mg togo, a314 oil, MX448 togo, MX450 togo. Journal: I’m new to pheremones and have been curious about them for awhile. I did some searching and found this forum. What’s great is that I was able to read about other peoples experiences. So, I took the plunge and made my initial purchase of ammo and IS. I made this purchase with the idea that I wanted to test reactions based on the two most recommended products for males. Since I’m starting on the latter half of my 30’s, I made the assumption that I would be a person who would be lacking in the testosterone. I think I’ve made the wrong assumption. I’ve been told that I can be intimidating. I’m not sure if it my presence or the way I hold myself, but I guess I can be pretty standoffish. Ammo x2 is not the product for me. Talk about aggression. I didn’t track exact usage at the beginning, but I know one squirt is almost one too many. Two squirts, Hulk Angry. I made that mistake one Saturday, possibly two squirts of IS as well. I believe my wife may have also been PMS’ing (which I have always reacted negatively to in the past). She was upset with me all day. At one point, she wasn’t even sure why she was angry, just that she was. That was an exhausting experience, a definite OD. So, I’ve made the choice to limit my usage of Ammo, at least at the x2 level. If I do wear it, it gets split to many different application points. IS is interesting. I’ve worn GIT in the past, so I’m familiar with the smell. I can be a victim of smell fatigue, and this one does it sometimes. I don’t know how to explain it other than comparing it to listening to a high-pitched sound for an extended period of time. That being said, to truly get a decent experience using IS with the current dosage that I have means using many sprays. I can’t sit at work and smell it all day, other wise it gives me a headache. I’ve worn it while going somewhere with the family and other outside social activities and have noticed some general well-being around me. This would be more interesting if I had a x2 or x4 dosage in another scent. I might try TAA or TAC to similate this experience. Knowing that I have at least gotten responses, not all good, I decided to try something different. I then ordered IH, TUTH, and p83. I wanted to see what I can do to make my wife a little more aggressive sexually (ha). IH is fun and can be tricky. I definitely have to be judicial when I want to use it. Example, I finally got tired of a vehicle that I had and wanted to go purchase a new one. So, I spray two squirts of IH on, family gets in the car with me and we drive to the Toyota dealership. My wife is pretty dead-set on getting a Prius. Who can blame her, great gas mileage compared to the vehicle we are wanting to get rid of. So, we get to the dealership and we start talking about our potential trade-in. My daughter starts talking about how unreliable it is and I have to stop her from ruining the potential trade-in value lol. I can’t really blame her, I did it. Another experience with it has me telling someone at a restaurant something personal about myself that I wouldn’t normally tell someone. I have to be careful of where I spray this stuff. I’ve found that I can’t spray my wrists or the backs of my hands too much cause I tend to have my hands near my face a lot. Too many self-effects for my own good. TUTH works. I could leave it that, but that wouldn’t be any fun. Three experiences so far that I can recall. Have to say that the wife is pretty sensitive when it comes to smells. So much so that that they aren’t many perfumed cleaning products in the house. Soap is unscented, laundry soap is unscented, and lots of home-made cleaning supplies based off of vinegar or some essential oils. So, first time I tested it was later in the evening. Wife lays the daughter down and gets up later and is too tired for intimate time. So she lays down and I stay up later to watch some tv. I go to bed and soon fall asleep. Now, I’m an interesting sleeper. I’ve been known to walk, talk, pursue sex all while sleeping. I normally have no recollection of any of these activities. So the next morning I found out that I had made my wife hold my penis while I stared at her while I had been sleeping. I have to say that I am pretty in tune with my wife’s cycle. Until I started reading this board, I always thought it was a sub-conscious thing, but now know it’s all mones. My body responds more when she is ovulating up until her period starts and less so during other parts of her cycle. She found this experience a little odd compared to our previous experiences while sleeping. Second experience, she has had a stuffy nose all day and can’t smell. I take this as a good opportunity to test some stuff as she would usually be too sensitive to the smells. So I take a shower, rinse the boys down (no soap) and spray two squirts of TUTH to the belly and either one shot of P83 split between the wrists (could have been two, don’t remember), and I also wipe some of the fresh dew from my boys on my neck. So she comes down, sits down next to me and we start talking. Next thing I know she is touching my neck where I applied fresh “dew” lol. I can tell this is going to be a good night. So we watch a little tv, she is laying next to me with her face buried in my shirt (of which I sprayed the TUTH under), and I can tell she is starting to get bothered. Meanwhile, I’m trying to ascertain how she is doing (since I know what I’m doing to her) seeing as I don’t think she has consciously figured out what’s going on. I steer that to the bedroom and had an amazing time. So, to that guy who asked whether or not mones can be smelled when your nose is stuffed up, the answer is a definite yes. The third experience I spray two squirts of TUTH (with some residue of a314 that I haven’t discussed yet) under the shirt. This time she can smell “the musk” as she calls it. She knows I use some mones, but not what they are all for. I love seeing her get all crazy and this was another great experience. P83 in neroli. [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) is another scent that causes me fatigue. Others may not smell the neroli after dissipation, but it seems to last forever in my nose. So I have make sure I apply it in places that I can’t get self-effects. I’ve used this one in conjunction with a few other mones, so I’ve had some trouble narrowing down effects based on this particular putative. I wore it once at an outdoor music event and noticed more ladies in the late teens to early twenties hanging around me more as I was dancing. I’ve worn this mone anywhere from one to three shots. So, I have to say that I’m a lurker as far as it comes to forums. I don’t usually have much to provide as input. Maybe it’s due to the fact that I’m fairly private and don’t like to have much information about me on the interwebs. No bumper stickers on the car, no facebook account, and no twitter. I don’t want people knowing my business, what I think about, or what I do in my private time. I’m fairly introverted, yet can turn on the charm when I need to (exhausting as it can be). Half the time I start to respond to a thread and realize I’m going to be a smart-ass or say something that can be construed as not constructive, so I just delete my message. I say all of this because a314 has changed how I’ve decided to interact with this board. I read quite a bit on other people’s journals and threads about this product. I feel I’m fairly congruent with being an alpha, so I decided to try this one out. I ordered it and received MX448 & 450 as well (which I will speak on further down). A314 is a great product. Since I started using the mones, this is the one I’ve used most consistently with good results. It took me a day or so, but I got used to the akuto smell and have started to enjoy it. I’ve tried applying it to the top of my head (as I have some bare skin there bah), behind the ears, back of hands, and under the jaw to the adams apple. I found that I usually like two drops behind the ears trailing under the jaw to the sides of the adam apple. I usually apply a regular cover scent with one of my Creed’s depending on how I’m feeling. I’ve noticed the regular things like straighter posture, more eye to eye contact, and less internal dialogue. As I stated earlier, I already felt mostly congruent with being an alpha, but this has helped hem in some of non-congruency. Some things that I have noticed, and yes, some of it has been subtle, other times more overt. I sometimes go to a little greasy spoon for breakfast. I will get more food that I’ve ordered and even had the cook come out and throw away my trash after I had finished eating. I went and ordered new lenses for sunglasses and had great service, where my wife (who is a natural extrovert and very sociable) had less than stellar service. I walked into Publix at 9:30pm on a Sunday night to get my wife some cookies, dressed down and was offered free meat. I’ve had meetings with vendors and upper management where normally I may just sit and listen, but instead have piped up my opinions because I thought they were worthy of hearing. I have tried different combinations of mones with a314, such as IS, TUTH, IH, or P83. I find it hard to wear too many different combinations of different scents without bothering myself. I’ve asked around work about being “that guy” who wear too much cologne. No one else seems to notice, but it does fatigue me. If I get more mones, I will have to think more on getting them with the same scents and in higher doses so I wear less. So, I usually just wear the two drops of a314 with a cover scent (not over the oil). If I’m going out to dinner or something I might add something. It all just depends on how I’m feeling that day. I am still testing different combinations based on different scenarios. I plan on getting a haircut in the next few days that I will test a combination. MX448 is a test mix that I received with my a314 order. This one is a little musky, not sure if it is akuto or if it’s supposed to be one of the stealth diffusion tests that just smells a little musky. As I’m fairly new to this, I’ve had trouble distinguishing any hits from it. I’ve used from one to four shots of this. MX450 is another test mix that I received with my a314 order. This one is much lighter, definitely a stealth diffusion mix. I’ve not smelled the grapefruit smell yet, this might compare to it. Once dried down it has a negligible smell. I’ve also had trouble distinguishing any hits from this one. I’ve used from one to four shots of this. Since the smell is negligible, I might try more shots of this one in the near future. All in all, I’ve had a good experience with the mones. I’ve OD’d, I’ve instigated some experiences, and I’ve caused some collateral damage to the people around me (lol). I apologize if my format was hard to read. I didn’t have the intention of keeping a journal but I thought some might get some benefit from my discovery. I’m going to try out P51’s formatting, so thanks to him .. Application: 2 drops of a314 & 7 sprays of MX450 around 8am No cover scent Temp: 72 or so Venue: Work Self Effects: Usual a314 effects. The MX450 is so light that it’s hard to smell. I have a general feeling of well-being. Effects on Others: A guy held a door open for me, but it’s the South, so that happens all the time. Will edit as the day goes on. By 2:30 I started to get a pretty good headache. Need a good stretch and some caffeine. ---

Went and got a haircut at one of those upscale men’s barber shops. They cut your hair, wash it, and then give you a simple neck massage. I sprayed on two shots of IS to the hair before I went in. I arrived a couple of minutes late to my appointment. She seemed a little quiet at first, not sure if she was upset I was late. She slowly warmed up as the haircut progressed. A song came on and she made some mention of a Vince Neil music video back in the day. I don’t really know much about Motley Crue, so I think she’s into the guys with long hair (which I am not). Think she washed the IS off during the wash. Came away with a decent cut. Not much to complain about when a woman is running their hands through your hair. The cute girl at the front was a younger college grad, flirted with her a little over a book she was reading. She seemed more receptive than the stylist was. ---

He decided to light his cigar inside. He’s not a cigar smoker so I think the P83 might be helping him let loose. After the show, had some friends come over. We had some daiquiris and played some games. I was probably too blitzed to notice anything overt. ---

4/21 Application: 2 drops of a314, 2 shot of IS Cover scent: Jardin D’Amalfi Temp: 75 or so Venue: Shopping Self effects: The IS took about two to three hours before it started giving me a headache. Effects on others: Got a new Kangol hat to sport on my wedding anniversary. Had some kids buzzing around me in the hat store. Also went to my local vinyl record store, they were having the national “Record Store Day”. They had saved a copy of the Beach House record for me. Later, went to a local french restaurant for dinner. Dressed up and applied another drop of a314 on my scalp. Had a reservation, so they sat us right down and got great service. The place was small and private. I was only concerned with my wife, so I didn’t notice much else through the meal. ---

4/22 Application: Took the day off of a314. Applied two shots of MX450 to the wrists, later one shot of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to the back of the neck. Cover scent: Silver Mountain Water Temp: much cooler, 65 or so Venue: Around the house, grocery shopping Self effects: I like the almost non-smell of the 450. It does have a slight fresh fruit smell to it. I sprayed the ammo before I went to the grocery store. Effects on others: I was shopping and noticed that some other females around kept passing me by. Said hello to a couple of them. Male cashier was nice and respectful to me. I can’t help feeling very aggravated and pissy when I use Ammo. This came across later when I was making dinner and not getting much help. As much as I want to keep trying Ammo, I’m not feeling the vibe of it. ---

Rushed home to find my package of TAC waiting for me, along with a togo of MX452! I sprayed on a test spray of TAC to see if liked the grapefruit. My initial thoughts are that I like this smell, very fresh smelling. I’ll have to wait a few hours to see if it wears on me. So, I put on two more sprays lol! Family comes home later, will see how it goes .. ---

I guess I am doomed to have a sensitive nose. I like the grapefruit smell, however it starts to smell like laundry detergent over time. My initial thoughts on TAC are favorable. I don’t want to repeat other people observations, but I did notice a loosening of my lower back and hips. I tend to stay pretty tight through there. I will have to do some more testing. ---

Can’t go wrong with free bacon. I do like the [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) with Grapefruit. The fresh scent of it enhances the Akuto, IMO. Lovin’ the TAC, eh? 😃 ---

So, I spent most of yesterday afternoon feeling pretty calm and focused at work. No mid-afternoon carb crash. I work in a cube farm surrounded by other guys, so it’s hard to get any useful information. I do get the respect hits as I get asked for help on different system issues. I need to wander around more to notice any of social hits. Unless I’m stationary, like at a desk or conference room, I don’t usually linger places very long. Other than IS, are there other fast-acting social mones? Has anyone broken down which mones are slow and which are fast? I need to learn to mentally relax. I can be so rigid sometimes. I snapped at my daughter for some inconsequential thing after I got home, ruining the mood of the house. Is it wrong of me to expect a response to a question after repeating it twice? I can admit when I’m being obtuse, so I apologized a few minutes later. Maybe two drops of a314 is great for work, but not so much at home. I sprayed two shots more of TAC hoping to calm myself and then started dinner. Things lightened up a bit then. I was cutting up some vegetables and my daughter was taking pictures of me with the iphone. It was one of those apps that puts wings and crowns and whatnot on people’s pics. Dinner went smoothly. My daughter is excited about possibly going to a new school next year. It’s one that caters more to the arts, of which she is very talented. I’m jealous of the threads I read about IS and other people. I smoke occasionally, so I know what euphoria feels like. I don’t get this with IS. Is it a congruency thing as I’m naturally an introvert? Or, is it just a function of my chemical makeup? ---

I didn’t wash the TAC off last night, wondering if it’s keeping me in a relaxed and sleepy state. I probably just need to be responsible and go to bed earlier. 🙂 I was a little groggy, so I decided that I wanted to try something different today. Tone down the alpha a little and up the socials. Effects on others: After spraying the TAC, I walked into the bathroom where my wife was showering. She immediately asked, did you let in some cold air? She knows that I’m using some mones, so I told her what it was. She then went on to say that she is gets really aggravated with some of the ones I use (ammo is probably the one she means). She went on to tell me that it makes her really horny and that it aggravates her because she usually can’t do anything about it at that time. Maybe I can use the ammo, just be more judicious when I use it. I have a massage table that she gave me as a gift. I’m thinking that I need to bust that out tonight and spray a few things to see how it goes. At the risk of overdoing it, how does ammo, tuth, p83, and TAC together sound? ---

So, I set up the massage table and set the mood with some candles. After a shower, I decided to spray 1 shot of ammo, 2 shots of TUTH, 2 shots of [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/), and 3 shots of TAC. She came in surprised and was happy for the attention. I spent a good 45 minutes to an hour working on her. Coconut oil is really great stuff, edible too. 😃 It wasn’t difficult to steer this towards sex. Knowing how to turn your partner on and being attentive to her needs are some of the secrets to a healthy marriage. Since I was wanting to gauge how the TAC affected her, I asked her how she felt. Her words, “I was more squishy down there.” I’ll have to try this out again without the massage to see how she feels. It sure does suck to have to experiment. 🙄 ---

4/26 Application: 2 drops of a314, 1 shot of ammo, 2 shots of TAC Cover scent: None Temp: 72 or so Venue: Work Self Effects: I was on auto-pilot this morning. Only meant to put on the one drop of a314, but put two on instead. I introduced ammo into this mix to see if TAC was an effective enough buffer for me. My head is a little stuffy today due to a cold front coming through, giving me a headache. Normal confidence. Effects on others: Went to my friend’s diner this morning. He and I have a pretty good repoire. An older lady came in and was staring at me, could be a hit. I guess it’s bring your kid to work day. Hopefully I won’t scare too many kids away. 🆒 ---

Nah… I see TAC buffering A314 sufficiently, at your dosages, so that you don’t lose the respect vibe and have an enhanced comforting vibe wrapping up the A314. Funny, my wife has a some reactions to some mones that are, a bit extreme. It can be pleasurable and content to frustating and upsetting. Is your AMMO at double strength? I’d also suggest you try some of these out by there lonesome, if you haven’t already. I don’t recall seeing you post up any reports on these. Gets you a better handle on the mones reactions.
