Alpha androstenol will encourage more light conversation from people.  
Beta makes people talk deeper and more personal.

Why dont you tell us the kind of result you expect from using [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)?  
are you shy or outgoing?  
Who are your targets?

Hello Oscar and welcome to the forum.

JB gave you a pretty good break-down of the differences between the two. What the beta-nols do that is different is help creat a feeling of connection between people. This feeling of connection often leads to deeper discussions.

hi  
thanks for the friendly help , now everything is clear

i already orded instants opeens ,turn up the hate ,A314 and instant honesty  
the thing is iam very hansom indeed , and i have no problem picking up girls ,  
and i would like to go to a very advance level.  
but the main problem that when girls see me they think iam playful especially in Britain (the british girls have very bitchy attitude ,so i have  
to demonstrate high value witch is very annoying to me.
