# The Essence of Patchouli

Sup everyone?! I was chilling with a girl I knew back from high-school and she’s always been sort of a hippy, right? Well we were chilling in her bathroom (where we smoke) and her son got into her bottle of Patchouli.

As soon as the scent hit the air, I recognized it from some of the head shops around here. All I can say is that I really like the scent, and I heard it was widely used in the 80’s.

All I’m wondering is, is this a strictly female scent? I know hippies use patchouli to cover up body odor, as well as an aphrodesiac. I was just thinking that Patchouli would be great if it were incorporated into some of AD’s products. Sort of has that “cuddle me by a campfire” essence to it and I think that would go great with a AmmoSE type of mone.

Anyways, just a thought! I may just buy a bottle of patchouli and incorporate it into my signature, but if it’s a female scent only, I definitely won’t do that. Hahaha! Any thoughts?!

P.S. My [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) sort of smells like patchouli, but is says neroli is the scent. The thing is, is that my other “P’s” are labeled neroli, but it smells different. Hah! No clue what’s up with that, but I like it! Lol

In the UK, twas certainly the case that patchouli was fully unisex.

So if you like it - go for it! 🙂

The reason that the scent of products in [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) aries is that individual mones will influence the final scent somewhat.
