Here it is… There is no turning back now… I have promised I would do a journal, I have to stick to my word. But I guess you need some information about me and my situation before reading this, so here it goes : 1. I am a white caucasian Frenchman, 35 yrs old, living in the UK with my wife (french also) and my two daughters. 2. My wife and I have been together for 15 years, married for 8. 3. Sex has been on the back burner for a while, and the frustrations this generated on my side are having detrimental effects on the general dynamics of our couple… I have thus decided to try using some pheromones (Turn Up The Heat in the first place and more if I like it) to ‘sex-up’ my married life (which is still a happy one, don’t get me wrong…) So let’s start, buckle your seat belt and enjoy the ride… (I hope) ! **NIGHT 1 :** No pheromones as my order will be delivered tomorrow… On the other hand, I have tried to make everything good to actually have sex tonight… On the menu, we have a welcoming romantic dance with my spouse when she comes back from work… She seemed to like it and her kisses were tender but not passionate, a bit of rubbing too 😉. I obviously compliment her on her looks etc… The meal with the kids after that isn’t a turn on but she likes to see the girls before they go to bed. So while she is with them in the bathroom and reading them stories, I tidy up the dining room, prepare some nice herbal tea for relaxation, get out the chocolate truffles I specially bought from a French Patisserie we have in town (she loooooooooves them) and wait… When she comes back in the lounge we take our usual assigned positions on the couch (She sits at one end woth her calves on my laps) and we start watching a bit of TV. I am trying to get as much eye contact as I can, and I mean very-tender-I-love-you eye contact… I am also giving her a gentle and very light foot massage, she sighs and groans a bit… she likes it… I continue to tell her gently that I find her very beautiful etc… So far so good… Maybe I don’t need Turn Up The Heat 🙄. After an hour or so, we decide to go to bed where I indulge her with a more serious foot massage (she loves it) and back massage to release the tensions she’s saying she has there… Again, sighing and groaning and mmmmmmmmh-ing… Once I am done, my wife turns on her side, smile and tell me to jump into bed and turn off the light 🙂 Now there is a bit of spooning some more back rubbing and complimenting (all on my part, she is passive…) and arrives… **THE DREADED : " SHALL WE SLEEP NOW ?"** Which is actually more of an affirmation than a question… WTF ??? But hey… I am used to that and I was kind of expecting this sort of result… That will be the benchmark for the TUTH test as that evening was actually a very typical one : I try to make things happen, while she is passive and take no initiatives… We’ll see if things change with a whiff of [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) 😛 ---

All right… DHL have just delivered, and at last I lay my eyes on that little blue bottle… I am dying to try it on tonight… Another good surprise is the ToGo bottle of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) that has been kindly added to the order ! Thank you guys… I really appreciate. I’ll try this tonight then… 2x IS around 20:00 (neck and wrists) and 1x TUTH 10 minutes before I arrive home (chest) Good plan ??? I am happy you like it phernoob ! or maybe… wait a minute 😮😮😮… looking at your avatar and profile, you could actually be enjoying my suffering 🆒 (just kidding…) I have the luck to be self employed, so my time is very flexible. Unfortunately, my dear wife is worlking full time and the big test will only start in a bit more than 4 hours from now… The report will come anytime during the week-end (when I have a private access to my computer as she doesn’t know I’ll be meddling with her primal brain!):o Stay tune for hopefully some graphic sex 😉 ---

For all the faithful follower(s) of my phero-adventures, here is what happened last night… **NIGHT 2 :** **2x Instant Shine (ToGo X1) (Chest and Hair) @ 17:30 2x Instant Shine (ToGo X1) (Hair and wrists) @ 21:00 1x [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) (Chest) @ 21:30** DHL finally delivered… Yeeepeeeeee!!! I can finally lay my eyes on this lovely blue bottle… I was so excited I didn’t have much done I have to admit… Anyway, I have to go to Oxford and pick up my wife from work and then go to give a tuition. I decide to start the test straight away and spray myself with some IS… I didn’t feel any self effect. My wife was happy to see us, and gave me a kind of open mouth kiss as a good bye which is unusual (not never heard of , but unusual…) The rest of the day/evening then goes on without me noticing any other effects on me or my student. On my walk back home I re-spray some IS to my hair and wrists. At home my wife is working on the computer, I decide to go directly in the shower (that will give me an excuse to spray the Turn Up The Heat to my chest)😉 All clean and sprayed with the little bomb, I decide to go and talk to my wife to see what is going to happen… **NOTHING…:eek:** Not a very good start, I was hoping a sort of miracle ‘I want you now’ thing… How wrong was I… Anyway, going downstairs to watch a bit of TV with her (always a good thing to be gentle on the couch…)😃 This is where she tells me : " I have had a terrible day at work, the kids have been horrible, don’t even think about trying anything tonight":eek::eek::eek: So despite some carresses, some foot massage, some gentle kisses, I ended up in bed with her head on my laps (the sheets between me and her head) stroking her hair, waiting for the naughty girl to make her move (let’s just say she could **feel** I wanted more than sleeping) **NADA !!! O’ Turn Up the Heat where art thou ???** Sleeping wasn’t easy and was short due to an early awakening at 6:00 when the little decided she had enough to sleep, but that is for Day 3… Anyway, I came to understand that Pheros aren’t a miracle product, I am sure they can help (viewing all the testimonies on this site) but they are only helping… They are not doing the job for you… and certainly don’t brainwash your SO into becoming a sex beast (unless one of you guys have a definite mix for that ??? Please let me know…) I’ll try more TUTH tomorrow… and as we say in my country “Demain est un autre jour…” Cheers JC ---

**DAY 3: 2x Instant Shine (hair & Wrist) @ 10:00 2x [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) @ 13:00 2x Turn Up the Heat @ 21:00** OK… So we are now during the week-end time of the week where most of my sex life has been happening… I am curious to see the effects of TUTH… As usual after a hard week labour, everybody in the house go for a nap after lunch… Knowing that this has often be the occasion for bodily fluids exchanges, and that the plans are for a bicycle ride with the kids afterwards, I decide to spary TUTH before going to bed. I can see my wife sniffing the air as she enters the bathroom after me 😉… She then comes to bed, where I greet her on her stunning figures (yeah… I know… but I’m in love…) as she lay down next to me she put her head at the junction of my neck and chest and asks me why I smell rosy ? I tell her that must be the aftershave…😃 Anyway, while she’s there she starts pushing her chest against me and my… you see what I mean don’t you… It is all going very fast from there. She seems to be **VERY** excited **VERY** quickly… Thank you Turn Up the Heat !!!😃😃😃 Lovemaking was otherwise not dissimilar from the ones without TUTH, she seemed to have been turned on much more rapidly… I need something now to make her let loose a bit and get more active, any ideas fellow phero-testers/tasters ? **NIGHT 3 :** Feeling good about all this I decide to apply again TUTH before going to bed. We had a discussion in the evening about her stress levels and why she seems to be on the edge right now etc… I am curious to see what this will bring once we are between the sheets… Well, not a lot, she was very tired and except a few cuddles she wasn’t responsive to the pheros… She did notice that she was smelling rose on me again (She likes the smell…) **THAT IS GOOOOOOOOD…** I’ll try again tomorrow for the after lunch nap and see what’s happening… Could JC score 2 days in a row ???😮😮😮 Stay tune… ---

**DAY 4: 3x Instant Shine @ 11:00 3 x Turn Up The Heat @ 13:00** Sunday, another occasion to enjoy an after lunch nap with my wife 😉… I have decided to work my way up on the Turn Up The Heat dosage to try to find her sweet spot… The end of the morning is pretty much eventless, but I have noticed that she is very edgy when I have IS on… What could that be ? any ideas ??? So we go to our bedroom after lunch, and while she is posing a bit in the twilight ambiance that surrounds our bed (goooooood she’s beautiful…) I can sense that something is bothering her… Could it be TUTH?😕 Anyway, as she lies down close to me, she seems to be keeping her distance and isn’t definitely as cuddly as yesterday. I ask her what is wrong and she says that before going to bed she checked her e-mails and had received one from her boss that she was very pissed off about… She wants a couple minutes to think it through… We are then both stark naked in bed, her thinking about her job, and me thinking about her \*\*\*…🆒 After a while she turns towards me, but while she is open to some very gentle caresses, she wouldn’t come right against me as she feels oppressed. I guessed that could be a mini-OD on TUTH there… Anyway, working with these limitations, your humble servant did his best to satisfy his own and his wife’s lust… Let’s just say that we ended 2-1 in her favour ☹ and that I definitely had to work harder at it than last time. When she was on, though, she seems to be more relaxed than when I am not on pheros…😃 Nothing on my plans for the evening as I don’t want to overdo it, and I wanted to satisfy her needs for tender embrace with no strings attached… The message she was sending was clear anyway, as she wouldn’t want to sleep naked as we ususally do, but in shorts and t-shirt… So just a very gentle and romantic spoon with almost no cup’n’feel…(a man’s a man…) I will go back to 2 sparys only and see what is happening tomorrow… I will definitely need to order something to soften her a bit, maybe some [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/)? TUTH was WHAMO for me too!! You know now that pheros aren’t 100% of the solution, but I’m sure you can definitely see the possibilities!! JC, since you’re wife is pretty stressed with work, does she have a big workload at home too? 🙂 Be honest now…if my hubby would answer that, he would say, nope, my wife doesn’t do much around the house, but I’m pretty sure it’s me and not the cleaning fairy that scrubs the toilets, sweeps & mops the floor, dusts, sweeps up kid spills, shakes out the rugs, dusts the cobwebs out of the corners, laundry, wiping counters & faucets, cleaning the mirrors, vaccuuming, etc., etc., etc. Not that I’m complaining, but he really has NO clue what it takes to keep the house somewhat clean. Just asking…although you do seem to be a helpful sort. ~~River ---

you might want to try some Instant female magic + Turn up the heat/AMMO + Shine. I noticed that when I use IFM with other products when my SO or her mother are on edge, had a bad day or moody, it really helps. ---

I get the impression - and this is a _big_ generalization here - that for a lot of women who work - even those who are professionals and really love what they do - a lot of women feel extra stress when they are the sole or primary (husband works part-time and household would not stay afloat without them) breadwinner. I get the impression that a lot of working women would rather their income be the “secondary” one such that if they got tired and wanted to stay home with the kids or take time off they could. I mention that while I know a lot of guys who wish they could retire early, etc.., I have never heard a guy say “I feel stressed because they family relies on my income.” Now that could be for a whole lot of reasons - many dealing with socialization and expectations. At the same time I have heard working women say just that - that they feel additional stress just because they “have” to work - even if it is a situation like jchirsch’s. Once again a big generalization on my part - and just for what my two cents are worth … ---

Well I am pretty certain that this is not the case, even if sometimes the financial aspect may be difficult… I would say that from time to time (especially in rought times when let’s say we can’t afford the holidays in the sun we originally planned) she might unconsciously resent this… but This is something we have talked about several times… I have proposed to go back to full time employment and still she prefers having me to spend time wityh the children rather than having them sent to childminders… But hey, who knows…😕😕😕😕 [Next page](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/the-first-phero-adventures-of-a-married-man/18039.md?page=2)
