JC, I think your wife needs a wake up call to remind her just how WONDERFUL her husband is!!!

Sorry babe, I’m all out of suggestions for ya other than your wife getting a different job! If my hubby did HALF of those things, I’d have him so worn out that HE would be asking ME if we were ready to go to sleep 😃 . Keep us posted…I want to know how the [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) works for you as I don’t have any of that yet 🙂 .

> I get the impression - and this is a _big_ generalization here - that for a lot of women who work - even those who are professionals and really love what they do - a lot of women feel extra stress when they are the sole or primary (husband works part-time and household would not stay afloat without them) breadwinner. I get the impression that a lot of working women would rather their income be the “secondary” one such that if they got tired and wanted to stay home with the kids or take time off they could.
>
> I mention that while I know a lot of guys who wish they could retire early, etc.., I have never heard a guy say “I feel stressed because they family relies on my income.” Now that could be for a whole lot of reasons - many dealing with socialization and expectations. At the same time I have heard working women say just that - that they feel additional stress just because they “have” to work - even if it is a situation like jchirsch’s.
>
> Once again a big generalization on my part - and just for what my two cents are worth …

And THAT’s why they call you Boss! You hit the nail on the head although I have no real reason why those feelings are different between men & women either. It just seems to be. Sociology, maybe. My situation is a little different from JC’s. My husband and I both work jobs that require 50+ hours a week and seasonally up to 70+ hours a week. However, when it comes to duties at home, I’m responsible for those too, wherein lies my frustration! Let’s just say that if I didn’t clean, even with the little bit that my hubby helps with, it would look like an F-5 tornado tore thru our house, NO exaggeration! Sometimes I feel a little underappreciated which can result in the BitchyWifeFromHell syndrome to which I am occassionally prone to.😮

**DAY 4 :
2x Instant Shine (hair) @ 9:00
2x Turn Up the Heat (Chest & wrists) @ 21:45**

One has to keep fit, so I decided to go to the gym this morning, out of curiosity I sprayed some IS on my hair… I didn’t notice anything special, but the crowd there early morning on a bank holiday wasn’t that great and was a lot older than me:o

Nothing special then on until the night. As it has been the pattern for the last few days, I showered and sprayed myself some Turn Up the Heat, hoping to turn it up also in the bedroom 😉

But once again, my wife seemed to be more interested in her sleep…
She gave me an upper body massage (as I had some strains from the morning workout, or at least I said so 😃…) though… But nothing more.

She’s tried to cuddle a bit, but couldn’t stay close to me, she say that her nose was tickling 🙄… and then as she is trying to sleep, I try a few experiments to see if I can arouse her with TUTH…

So being careful not to touch her too obviously, I put my arm(and sprayed wrist) very close to her head, so that she has the TUTH very close by…
Every time she **THROW** my arm away 😮… SHe is also telling me she’s getting a headache 😮…

I totally freaked out around 2:00am when she woke up abruptly, I tried to come close to her for appeasement but she told me: **" You are suffocating me! "** … I ended up in the guest bedroom in a very tired and shocked state of mind… This is not something you want your wife to tell you…

Curiously she had no recollection of it this morning…
I strongly suspect an OD… I have to be careful as this is a very disturbing experience…

Sometimes I feel a little underappreciated which can result in the BitchyWifeFromHell syndrome to which I am occassionally prone to.

That is two different parts of the equation.

First - if both of you are working, _both_ have to pitch in with the housework. Guys - I would recommend taking a job your wife _hates_ to do even if you do not care much for it either. I do a lot of the housework and cooking and make sure the kids do their chores …

Second - even if both of you work - and again this is for the guys - ladies are verbal creatures. They want to hear the “I love yous” etc. etc. but they also want to hear “Thank you for cooking/working/etc. I appreciate it. I know you work hard/really care about how the house looks. You do a great job. Etc.” Most guys do not do it because often it does not matter to them if someone says it to them or not so they do not think of it. It might be nice for us to hear from time to time, but most guys do not really care. Women on the other hand do and they really want and need to hear it or you will get anything from the IAmUnappreciatedAndUnloved to the “BitchyWifeFromHell” syndromes. Neither is good for your love life.

Doing this costs you nothing but air and buys you a lot. Get past the seeming awkwardness of it or the fact that it would seem like “Butt kissing” if you said it to a boss or co-worker. You’re not saying it to them, you are saying it to your wife. And your wife loves to hear those words.

Trust the boss … say them.

Words that turn me on…“Honey, I did all the dishes”…“I folded the laundry”…“How about take out tonight? You could use a break”…music to my ears. Now that’s some sexy talk. Also, nothing like hearing your man tell you how much he loves you and how much he appreciates all you do. And it doesn’t hurt, a bit, to return those thoughtful loving words to a man who’s so appreciative and helpful to you in kind. 😉 In my book that’s what _real men_ are made of. 🙂

No real entry for Yesterday, as due to my recent OD:o I am off TUTH for a day or two…

I have found though that sparying Instant shine on my throat was giving me a sore throat ( a kind of tikling feeling…) Is there a polace where to report all the secondary effects on the user ?

It bothered me too, at first, but now doesn’t seem to bother. Probably just need to get used to it. And this place is as good as any to report it. 😉

OK… No pheros today…
We are approaching ‘THAT’ time of the month (which could have also explained some of the frowning and edginess on y wifey’s part…) and my IFM has only just been despatched. I should have it in a couple day with… (evil grin) a bottle of [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) 25mcg… I am really curious to see it working with my wife… (evil grin bis…)

I will definitely keep you all posted on that.

Cheers

Yeeeeeeeeeeepeeeeeeeeeee…

DHL has done miracles and has delivered this morning when I was expecting the package Saturday or Monday…

That is going to leave me the Week End to test some of the wonders I have now…

I am now in possession of the following : (TG for ToGo Bottles)

Turn Up the Heat
[Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/)
P83 25mcg
Instant Shine x1(TG)
Instant Gentleman (TG)

I was thinking into trying a bit of IFM with some TUTH tonight…
After my shower as I come back from my tuition (1x IFM in back of neck and 1x TUTH on chest and abdomen using the ‘mist technique’)
Should I had anything else… ?

Ok… Here is the mix I tried yesterday evening after coming back from my tuition and after a nice shower…
**1x [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) (back of neck)
1x Turn Up The Heat (chest)**

I have to admit that there was no visible reaction. But as I suspected, PMS is pending and maybe not having any reaction is already a success (you will understand later on this post…)

This morning though I decided to go for broke and after having brought my sweet beloved her breakfast to bed, i decided to shower (and scrub all of the useless pheros I had from yesterday) and tried a more complex mix :
**3x Instant Shine (hair)
2x Instant Female Magic (Hair and back of Neck)
1x P83 (25mcg) (Chest)
2x Instant Gentleman (wrists and chest)**

This seemed to have made my wife very edgy… First reaction was: you stink (while I have almost unscented deodorant, I barely use cologne…)
and then she told me that there was something in me that was making her angry (could it be an OD to something… but what…)

She also seem to have troubles adapting to my new phero signature (it has been changing a lot the last week…🙄…) and pointed out that she’s had problem sleeping, and that she found that our bedroom had become oppressive 😮😮😮 (I suspect that it has something to do with me and the pheros… more than the room itself which hasn’t change…)

I will wait for tonight and tomorrow to isolate the ‘agressive’ smell… I will start with Instant Female Magic as PMS has definitely landed !!!☹

Any advice, as always is more than welcome…
