# The I need a new job mone ? ?

Hey you guys, whats your favorite most sure fire [pheromone](https://a314.com/) way to getting a new job ? I am in and out of interviews these days and trying to raise my stats by wearing the right mones . . Have tried MX297 and MX347 both seem to work pretty well, any others I am missing out on ??

MX347 has now been developed into A314 \a and \b versions - which is by far the best for any serious, respectable, profesional or trusted occupation. It has bags of status and can be helped/steered in various ways with other mones, notably IH, IS and P74.

[MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) is very different - This is a superb social/charasmatic mix that really responds to and promotes interaction. Something an entertainer or someone a highly social/social-interacting profession that relies on brfriending, pleasing and putting people at their ease would find very valuable. It is not however a very status-raising mix.

Depends on the profession. For situations where A314 is too forceful (and there are many), IG is a fine choice.

You could even get yourself a low-dose sprayer of straight androsterone (2.5mcg) and buffer it with something nice and friendly.

This explains why [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) seems to be working for my job as lecturer in a university.. I will try A314, need to find out more about the a/ b/ strands tho’. My experience with this in the past is that it may be a little too forceful for my profession.
