Thanks a lot man…I had another great day at my training…I used 4 sprays of AMMO, 2 drops of A314, and 4 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)…The girl Gabi and I flirted a lot…It turns out she has a bf though…DAMN IT…oh well ☹…She was really chatty with me and I know I didnt have any overdose because there was no negative vibe between us or anyone else for that matter, girl or guy…I just wish she was single so she would be more open to stuff lol…To be honest I think sexual pheromones like TUTH or AMMO is ok to use at work also lol…I have no shame or fear in using it, and I am not getting any bad results by doing this so far lol 😃 ---

That much androstenone in the form of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is well enough buffered that it’s hard to OD. A314 and IShine are also both buffering agents. That’s a powerful signature, but heavily buffered as well. That heavily buffered it would be okay to wear just about anywhere. ---

Hey guys again…Yesterday I used the following mix for work: 4 drops a314 4 sprays TUTH 5 sprays IS 2 sprays IFM 2 sprays IO 3 sprays IH I think I might have had an overdose because of too much TUTH…After talking to SteveO he thinks I had a “ghost effect” because I didnt really notice much of anything with people around…It was as if i was wearing nothing lol…Damn it…Well time for more experimental mixing and prob have to lower the TUTH to 2 sprays and try again. Opps ---

Well tonight I am going to the movie theater to see “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” by myself…Yeah I know its lame to go by myself but who cares lol 😉…My gf is in las vegas so I’m here all alone by myself…I might invite a friend but probably go by myself…I recently bought some kickass looking hair gel (got2b spiked-up)…We’ll see how that hair gel works for me to have some sexy spikey hair…Girls love my hair, as do I, and I love showing it off hehe…I think I am going to use 3 sprays of Instant Shine x2 and 2 sprays of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) x1 tonight…I hope everything works well and maybe I’ll find some hot chicks there and score woot…😃…haha doubtful 🙄 ---

You may of overdosed but my guess its because TUTH is dependent on the environment you wear it in. Your really just wasting it at work, We dont react to mones the same way animals do. We are civilized and will act appropriately in a work or church situation. They will feel it but hold back or mask there response to it because it not appropriate to react. So in all likelihood you made others feel more uncomfortable then aroused. Ammo is buffered so that can be worn anywhere. I suggest you read up in the forum about this because others have been there and done that and found they get much better results in the correct environment with TUTH. Tisha ---

4 drops A314 4 sprays Turn Up The Heat That’s a lot of -None man. Even buffered I think you may have ODd less is more in this sense. You were wearing a huge pherobomb. The only times I’ve worn 4 drops of A314 (bear in mind I didn’t buffer) was when I wanted people to LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE. It does just that, so be careful how much of that stuff you are using. I’d say nix the TUTH altogether until you’re in a private setting with a girl. ---

Good. Also it should be worth mentioning that you’ll get used to the scents of the mones much faster than they actually dissipate…so don’t reapply just because you don’t smell anything. (especially true for -none) ---

thanks a lot for that tip…that’s good to know…I’ll just have to trust that it lasts 6 hrs or so…I went to see the movie “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” the other day…That movie was amazing…I would give it a A…I used 2 sprays of AMMO and 2 of TUTH but I arrived late to the movie, spilled some popcorn by being dumb and not noticing the rail in the middle by walking up the stairs 😮…I got no hits that day because everyone was already seated…DAMN IT!!! 😠 ---

Otherwise, stick to 2 or 3 drops. As for TUTH, remember that it’s like an unbuffered and raw aggression sexuality pheromone mix. Not appropriate for all circumstances, and like Tisha said, with those two up that high, there wasn’t enough buffering to balance it. Leave the buffers in place and try that mix again with 2 drops A314 and 2 shots of ammo. That should get you a better result. Also… I noticed that IShine really changes the effect of my mixes. You’ll want to do a lot of experimenting with how your mixes work with and without ishine. and of course, I know you’re never gonna do this cause you’re a pain in the butt… however, pick a mix or pheromone, and use only that for a while. sometimes it takes a bit to see the effects of a single phero or grouping. One thing you’ll probably have to train yourself to do… besides be more patient… is be more observant. It does take time and effort when you’re as impatient as… well… you. But it’s really worth while. I’m gonna megadose on IShine soon and go see how the mall rats respond. 😃 You ought to do the same. And remember, it takes 5 to 10 minutes of exposure to see the full effect, and most phero mixes don’t produce instant visible results. ---

Alrighty im back…Sorry for any delays and the couple days away lol, i was a little lazy 😛…Anyways a couple days ago I was going to use my [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) “to go” bottle, but OH NO the bottle was almost empty even though I used it once. To any of you out there who might be a smart aleck, no i didnt use 40 sprays all at once, and no I dont sleepwalk and spray random pheromones in the air and at myself when half awake/asleep lol 😃…Everything is good though; I contacted SteveO and he kindly gave me a gift certificate for the amount it was worth. Moving on…I’ve recently been using some people’s fav mixture on here which is about 2 sprays AMMO to 4 sprays Instant Shine…that mix seems to do fairly well for me…I’ve been noticing some hits from hotties haha, but then again it might be my natural sexiness/attractiveness 🆒…What can I say, I have sexy hair, an attractive face, tons of confidence (cocky? nah 🙄) and am not afraid to talk to any girls no matter how hot. My mentor on here and in real life (I’ll mention who he is later if he wants) has recommended that I use various sprays but individually for the meantime. This serves the purpose of knowing what each individual product does for me, so I can make better mixes with my own knowledge muahaha 😃…I will be buying IH again and see how that works for me by itself…IS alone works wonders; I get tons of hits and friendly chat/replies to me all the time…TUTH is a little random…Sometimes I get hits and sometimes I dont. Lets just say TUTH is a very tricky product to use. AMMO is way easier and I get lots of hits off of that…A314 seems to work great too. People seem to look up to me and respect me a ton more haha 🙂…I’ll update more soon…Thanks readers this is for you ---

I will echo what Tish and Catlord have said. Too much TUTH and A314. I need to buffer the A314 at work with Instant Honesty or people stay away. I really only use it socially in conjunction with Ammo and other social products and then at only 2 drops. I do not use TUTH socially at all. It is pretty much a message to the Mrs. in certain forums. And when I do use TUTH it is often on top of other products like some Ammo or a mix while we are out for an “us” evening to aim things in the right direction for later on. I know you are not married, cut check out my thread for married guys and in particular read up on the part that talks about how useful social products are in the romance department. A lot of girls your age will back away from a heavy 'none signature whereas older women will hone in on it. Then read up in the last few pages of perronec’s journal. He was trying to push the issue with a young lady using 'none and 'none based products but was getting nowhere. He switched to [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and got the girl. Same thing will hold true socially or even at work. Go heavy with the socials and throw in a light touch of the sexual with a spray of Ammo. Women want to feel happy, comfortable, etc. with you with a hint of intrigue/danger, whatever. If your opening gambit is a heavy 'none then you may well come across as the perv horndog and they freeze you out. My two cents … ---

I have recently bought tons of new smells to try and experiment with…I got Essence of Woman from lovescent and Perfumer’s Alcohol to make EOW dilution, I bought Super Primal from AdamEve, sample cologne set from Michael Storer and Kenneth Cole Reaction cologne…now for the experiments Igor muahaha 😃 ---
