I am a 27 male living in New York City, recently became a assistant manager of a retail store in the city. Been having trouble dealing with customers, speaking wise. Did some googling and came across this site a few times on some blogs I checked out. Going to try the Shine and Openness to see how it works, pretty stoked.

reading your post i can recommend you A314 (spray version) + Shine.  
IO is not a bad choice, but personally i will go with the A314 + shine combo.

i second idle. Also, i can see instant gentleman working in a positive manner. Even though its experimental i have noticed some chattiness with p107 (will be doing a journal on that today or tomorrow).

In your line of work the following products will be good , well great and have worked for others all the time.

A314, Instant honesty or openness and shine

If you are shy and can’t open up as well I suggest you wait till you get more confidence by using IG and work your way up to A314
