The other day I heard a friend of mine say -

> [@](#):
>
> Any guy who doesnt get incredibly turned on by the smell of a HEALTHY vagina is either lying, or gay.

That made me chuckle a little 😛 . But the more I think about it, the more I believe it to be true. It makes perfect sense from a instinctive/procreation standpoint, its really not that surprising. What IS surprising is how so few perfume/[pheromone](https://a314.com/) companies seem to recognize it.

I wanted to get some honest opinions (from one guy to another), so I finally worked up the courage to ask two of my male friends to poll their buddies. I was surprised to get such a unanimous response, since they were a pretty diverse group (not just club junkies). The conclusion I came to is (and remember this is just for getting a guys INITIAL attention) - A guy will show interest if either A.) He finds something about you physically attractive, and/or B.) He gets a whiff of what he really wants - sex (specifically, your lady parts).

I hate to put things so indelicately, but I think the above statement is pretty accurate. Of course all guys are attracted to traditional perfume, but since we all wear them, it almost becomes a wash. I am starting to think that the best way for a woman to set herself apart form the crowd is to play to that basic primitive instinct all guys seem to share. I imagine thats why products like Essence of Woman were developed. I guess they figured sweet/floral perfumes were a dime a dozen, so they wanted to take things up to the next level (or perhaps ‘down’ to the primitive level).

Anyway, I would love to get the opinion of some more guys on this one. Have any of you ever had the chance to try something like EoW? Its definitely one of the most popular scents over on the womens forurm, and I think for good reason. Its just a shame that its the only product of its kind out there. Perhaps with more male input, products like these would become more popular (for the benefit of both sexes).
