Hey guys I’m 20 and from Texas. I’ve been looking around the sight for the last few days and it seems like it has a pretty dedicated group of people active in it, which is quite nice to see. I’m interested in [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) simply because it just stuck my curiosity and when that happens, I really can’t help myself but try to understand it as much as I can. I’m curious on what would be a good starting mix for me. I’m currently in college and i consider myself somewhat shy. It takes awhile for me to really open up to a new person. So anything that can help with that will be a great deal of help. I’m looking for something that can also be more geared towards a relationship instead of a one-night-stand kind of thing. hello! you definitely want to start off with ammo,Instant openness,Instant shine,INstant gentleman. Turn up the heat is for a one nighter. Instant shine is to give you confidence. Instant openness will break there barrier and they will become more chatty. Instant gentleman,so the ladys will think very highly of you. Do you know how many sprays of each or should I just experiment with that till I find the right balance? ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Revolution!, Mikey07 has given you some good advice. My suggestions would be: To help with “I consider myself somewhat shy.” I would suggest: Come Talk to Me: This really helps to open people up. When I wear it I see people smiling at me, people staring at me, and people turning their body language towards me. This pheromone really helped me with my shyness. It helped me to know that PEOPLE WANTED TO BE APPROACHED and that PEOPLE WANTED TO BE APPROACHED BY ME. That gave me the extra confidence I needed to get out there and start talking to more people. I updated my post.i had great success with instant openness,instant shine and turn up the heat.it really all depends on your body chemistry. single strength Ammo.3 sprays to the throat. Double strength turn up the heat. one spray between the wrists. 2nd combo. double strength Instant openness.2 sprays behind left or right ear and 1 spray on the opposite ear. Single strength instant shine. 3 sprays to the right or left arm and 1 spray to the opposite arm and I rubbed my arms together. Double strength Turn up the heat. 1 spray to the right side of my neck. I had a lot of hits with these two combos. ---

Ammo FF21 smells almost like fresh linen and Ammo ff22 world edition smells like laundry detergent. Ammo FF22 world edition is supposed to be like a commercial cologne.I personally like ammo ff22 the best because it smells better then ff21 regular edition ammo. I think they both get the job done but it all depends on what smell you like better but i would start off with ammo ff21.just to see how it is. ---

I really like IG and IS both a lot for different purposes and it is really hard to compare them. I would suggest getting them both. But if you absolutely HAD TO choose one or the other – **In your situation** since you mentioned “ **that you wanted something geared towards building a relationship** ” I would go with **[Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/).** ---

In my opinion “the other one” to go with would be **[Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)**. It really helps to Bond/connect with the person you are talking to. And since **you are looking towards building a relationship with someone** I think this would be a great one to have. It really **increases the amount that people trust you** (people may tell you secrets – say things that they are surprised that they told you so quickly) And A lot of girls talk about how important trust is too them in a relationship so in that sense Instant Honesty would be the “other one” I would go with. ---
