To answer your question about how many sprays you should use- you should follow this guide for each product before you start mixing products together (This is a guide on how to find your Sweet Spot by Steve):

I think that the **number of sprays is really dependent upon you** personally **you have to experiment with pheromones and really see what works best for you.** Person X could see great results with 2 AMMO and 2 IG. And Person Y could get nothing out of the same exact combo. However, when person Y decides to try 1 AMMO and 2 IG he might see fantastic results- so it’s really hard to say this combo will work great for you right off the bat. I think that it is best for you to **experiment with them first and then you will have a better idea of what will work for you.**
