Finally feeling better 🙂 Just got off meds yesterday. Big improvement today 🙂

MX274 to go 2 sprays to wrists/under ears reg. strength I was out Getting groceries  
Ok smell kind of grapefruit/cookie or something  
I didn’t notice any effects on others.  
It seemed to make me feel less anxious in a situation I would have been a little anxious in. Seemed to be more go with the flow.
