Welcome to Pherotalk Panique! Yes, I do believe that instant honesty or cttm 2 will help to create a bond with your co workers. MX300 is great for the work place to get you that respect you need but am not sure if your working environment is more liberal and not that strict and of course you don’t want to intimidate persons too much that they loose their creative juices. Instant shine helps to calm you down and will create a joyful, youthful vibe that everyone wants to be around. MX135,MX235 & MX335 are recommended for newbies but these products are currently out of stock. Experimones are definitely not for a noob and I will start and get comfortable with the products that were suggest for you but I do believe that some of the experimones will assist you in reaching some of the goals you spoke of in your intro. I actually wear my own creation of A314 and copulins with some androstenol oil added for good measure. I’ve been using this for years how. I did try out MX300 and it had generally the same effect as my concoction above but I ran out. I’m a CPA and my work environment is professional yet laid back. I work around a lot of men who like to be whipped into shape thus the A314. ---

For work, try MX300 on its own first, see how it works for you. Then you can experiment by adding other things, one at a time of course so you know which product is causing which effect. With your TG, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) might be just what you need to get him to really tell you how he feels. You could also use IO with that as well, if he’s a bit shy. ---

Your sweet spot is the amount of product that produces the best hits/reactions for you. Instant Sexiness/B might work well on you, you never know til you try it. And it can actually work well on the shy, nerdy types on whom the IS/a might make you too intimidating, and thus the IS/b may make you more approachable to them. MX300 is the ladies version of the men’s trust/confidence/respect product A314. It is primarily used in work situations, but can be used socially if softened with a social such as Instant Shine, Honesty or Openness. And on using IS/a around people who already know you, it depends how often they are physically around you on a day to day basis. If you see them often, they may be used to your pheromonal signature, in which case it can take a few wearings around them for them to adjust and react to your new phero signature, so don’t be disappointed if you do not see reactions right away. I’ve personally had better luck using [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty around people who know me for some reason. It also depends if they are family or not, because if they are, you won’t get much of a “sexy” reaction from them using Instant Sexiness. ---

MX300 is my favorite for work. Its like rolling out the red carpet, people are respectful, accommodating and very helpful. MX300 is based on the old MX134 which was the female version of A314. MX134 had trace amounts of copulins in it and I still have both formulas. I find MX134 is a little more effective in that it keeps a femininity to the vibe which is something I look for in a mix because I can come across as intimidating sometimes especially to Beta Males. However MX300 in itself is still fantastic for work. Self effects are generally just a sense of confidence. This could be placebo. Pheromones work in the subconscious so most likely it is. The female version of A314 is Mx300. Some women claim that it makes them bitchy. I know of 2 females that use A314 for work purposes. They both have had great results. ---

Hi Lotty, welcome to the forum! Pheromones won’t take the place of makeup, clothes, hair, etc., unfortunately. I’m not crazy about that stuff myself, so I just try to keep it simple, lol. What pheromones do is make things easier, but you also have to be “congruent”. That is, you want your appearance and behavior to work _with_ the pheros. For example, if you wear Instant Openness, but then sit in a corner by yourself, unbathes and dressed sloppily, the Instant Openness is not going to work. Some [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) do have great self effects. Instant Shine totally perks up my mood noticeably right after I apply it, and MX300 makes me feel more confident and makes annoying things bug me less. You know its coming from you, because you feel it. You just have to try it, you’ll understand. It sounds like your personality is more dominant, so I think you’d like Instant Sexiness/a, which will enhance what you already have and give you a strong, sexy vibe - think Angelina Jolie. Instant Sexiness/B will give the wearer more of a soft, sexy, kittenish vibe, more like Marilyn Monroe. And as Bosshank suggested, MX300 is perfect for leadership situations. Welcome to Pherotalk Jonib! Yes, MX300 does promote respect and we recommend it mainly for work, interviews and certain other relationships. If respect is the issue btwn you and the hubby then pheromones won’t work that well. MX300 can also make you act and seem bitchy if you are not careful so for what you are describing it is not ideal. Getting to know the products individually you can mix any amt you want for a desired effect. The products you were recommended are a good start. MX300 is supposed to project an assertive alpha female kind of vibe. Unless part of your current issues are your man perceiving you as being overly weak and needy I don’t know that 300 would be a good idea. I know a lot of men can be intimidated by a strong independent woman…it can feel emasculating to a lot of guys. Shine, warm, likable and charismatic. I will need to buy more MX300 soon. I’ve been testing this for almost a week in a half now and I LOVE IT. I’ve become more confident in the workplace. IMO MX300 for me is like an ego booster. I spray it on and I’m ready to conquer the world. I knew this mix would be good for me. I’m one of the few women who can and does use A314 on occassion. My voice seems to resonate when I’m talking and it seems like now more employees are looking to me for advice and direction. The other day I approached my boss about something minor but important and she took a step back from me with a look of utter respect on her face. Gotta love it. I’m adding this to my list of orders for the next time. ---

I do the same thing Kitten. Sometimes the moment calls for a little Bitchiness. I’ve been testing MX300 for 3 days now. At first I thought that I was coming off a little too aggressively. It makes me feel ultra confident to the point of cockiness and I know my co-workers have noticed. But the funny thing is I think they like it. ---

My girlfriend has started wearing [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) ! She doesn’t think about it as a pheromone product but more as a special cologne. MX300 : Damn ! She doesn’t get the effect but I do ! It instantly drives me crazy when she wears it. I see her as I did at the beginning of our relationship. She’s so sexy, so desirable, so smiling !
