Whilst pheromones will help relieve your shyness and anxiety they are not a magic panacea.
The pheromone that instantly comes to mind that would help you in a job setting is mx300. This I believe is the female version of the alpha 314 which will make you more alpha female and should be a solid confidence boost.
I would also opt for the social pheromones like IH, IS and IO as these will help to improve bonding in social situations.

I’m a 25 year-old female living in Maryland (USA). I am a self-professed “mad scientist” and have been mixing concoctions and odd things for fun since the tender age of six (my Barbie dolls suffered greatly during this time). Over the past year, I have experimented with my own lotions and skincare products to improve the look and feel of my skin. That was fun, but now I’m looking for a more noticeable improvement in my overall “look” and life.
I was a bit of a tomboy at heart for my childhood, and a definite late bloomer. To this day, I get absolute blank looks from people I went to high school with… I look quite different since going the girly route a couple years ago. Most people don’t remember me at all, even if we had the same classes. This is a great bonus, as I’m currently re-vamping my whole look and attitude. But the change has been too subtle for my liking so I really want to branch out and get into a smarty-pants vixen vibe now, before hitting grad school.
First and foremost, I’m looking for a mix for work. One that will make me feel as amazing as the work I do (Wow. Conceited, much? I’m gonna blame that statement on the MX300 I’m wearing at the moment, lol)
I am currently moving to another apartment and it’s going to be outside of my comfort zone for price. Basically, I need a raise. A big one. ASAP. Hahaha. It doesn’t help that I’m working in a hospital that is bleeding revenue and not hiring much. But I am determined to get a raise! Preferably a mix that says to my punitive alpha boss, “Stop looking at me as ‘cute’ and ‘helpful’ and start looking at me at ‘invaluable’ and ‘competent’ instead.” Reminding him and everyone else that I’m a brain before a bombshell is also greatly desired. What combinations should I use to get “brainy bombshell” over “clearly she’s here because she’s nice to look at?”
Secondly, I would love to play with the pheromones to attract more of a diverse selection of men.
So far, I’ve managed to attract isolated, alpha male types that are strongly sexually driven (with that being about the only drive they have), and very talkative/cerebral, persistent beta male types I’m usually not attracted to that can’t seem to take the oh-so-subtle-but-consistent hints that I’m done “just being nice.” Anything outside of those two characters are largely foreign to me. When going out and attempting to meet men, I’m looking to strike a balance as an intellectual sex kitten. I want to be able to flag down a fit guy who’s hopefully smitten by my scent, and already invading my personal space so he can tell me… this hilarious tale of drug interaction gone horribly wrong. LOL! Those two sound like contradictions even I as I type them, so really any help would be greatly appreciated.
Anyway, I hope to gain more confidence here in the forums and help out as much as possible so we can crack the code of these powerful little molecules! I’m already excited by some of the posts I see here. I know we’re going to get along so well because everyone looks like they’re so fabulous! Anyhoo, I’ll see you in the field.

I am so distressed to hear that MX300 is discontinued!!! I just found out about A314 and was seething with jealousy that it’s not effective for women! Hearing that a female equivalent existed seemed like an answer to prayer, but it is not available?? Please tell me what I can do to have any sort of similar effect!
This makes me so sad and frustrated. MX300 was the best ever. It gave me the confident boost and the feeling that I can accomplish anything. I still have very few sprays left and waiting to use them on interviews. 
Ive tried others but nothing compares to MX300. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD bring this back. Is there anything in the making comparable to this?

I’ve read that MX300 gives off this kind of vibe. It’s based on the old MX134 which was a great work mix. I haven’t tried either myself, but the review i read on MX300 was that it not only makes you project an air of confidence and importance, but also makes you feel these effects too. I would look into it, do a search

Well according to Jasmin MX297 was a possible replacement for AMMO so I am hoping the formula or at least the ratio of heavier male mones is different and not just the scent. If not its just a effective male mix with a female scent pack.
LOL ((((Boudicca)))) its a test so they cant tell us what its supposed to do. We are supposed to tell them. I will give you a clue though but dont let it be your guide because a mix can do different things on different people especially when looking at the reports between males and females, we are just not built the same pheromonally and that how nature intended it.
Anywho … Alpha female. I know you were interested in MX300 and I am not saying this mix is formulated the same, I have no ideal but I think it may be a good choice to try out and see what you get.
I will be testing but I am not involved with the testing other then my own personal experiences but I do have a request of the ladies and gents here who test.
Try it out at least 4 or 5 times on its own with no other mixes or pheromones and in different dosages before you jump into layering. I find that the most frustrating thing when I look for reports. Everyone jumps straight into layering and that tells me nothing about the mix. I dont know if the reaction reported is from the mix in question or what was layered with it. I am sure AD finds it frustrating as well and it just slows the whole process up while they wait for individual tests. Not trying to be bossy but it really benefits all of us.

In terms of products to make you feel more confident for work and more assertive there was MX300 which was like the female version of A314.
I have had a few women on the forum use A314 successfully but they had to get use to it and do quite a few adjustments. In addition, there should be some putatives that will help your situation just not sure if I should recommend any because they are advanced products, non refundable and we don’t usually recommend them for new comers.
The advice you already received is great but for more advice on products to meet all your needs I suggest you give a call or pm our pheromone expert , Steve.

I know there was MX300 which can meke people repect you more. They will think you are more capable and trusted. Noty sure it is still in store.
For more approachable, try IO. People will be more chatty around you.

You have some great pheromones there. However, A314 is for man.
For alpha lady, try MX300. It can make people respect and trust you more. They will also think you are of higher status.

Hey Spinach, well I really loved MX300. It gave me a great edge but not too bitchy, but if I did OD on it, watch out.
This morning I am trying the A314B (1.23B) The new packaging is great! However it made it harder to open the top up so I could just get a dab off the tube. I dabbed a drop on my finger and placed it behind my ears. I seriously wanted to do more because I just felt like it wasn’t enough lol. So maybe the first application worked because after a second breath of it I decided to put the little devil down! I actually didn’t give in to temptation. Way hard, because I want to try everything at once lol.
Of course 1 spray of IS to the back of the neck to soften it up a bit
I’ll update my journal when I can today. I can’t update my journal at work 
I don’t want the ITC guy to know I went there and my secret be out. I’m still trying to figure away around that so I can be more fluent with my journal.

The best product for what you described above is MX300 however its not in stock, neither are quite a few other womens products which is becoming increasingly frustrating when your trying to give someone pheromone advice that will be effective for there needs.
Some people may suggest A314 but its to butch for a women on its own and since your sister is new to pheromones she wont know how to buffer it properly.
I am gonna have to suggest the standards not that they are not good products, they work great they just are not the best choice for your goal. Ishine, IO and IH.

I continue to appreciate your posts and involvement in this site. Your views on this issue are right in line with my own and I’m happy you have voiced them and sort of “spoke up” for the issue. 
I’m thoroughly disappointed in MX135 and MX300 being gone. Two of my go-to mixes. I even bought a 30 ml bottle of MX300 for work. Not cheap, but worth it. And MX135 was not an everyday mix for me because of the tremendous results. It was when I needed to “kill it” in a crowd Very, very bummed that both are gone. I’m sure I am not the only one…
Asked the folks at Androtics for “comparible” or “similar” mixes and they referred me to the forum…so here goes:

I mostly wear mones to work, and though Ive tried mx300 I found it made me sneeze…a lot. I may try it again, but looks the mix you use sounds promising. It’s about time for me to order so perhaps I’ll try it out.
hey there! chocolatini seems to get a little bit strong for me in certain concentrations (a friend of my boyfriends’ told me that i smelled like a cougar one time when i was wearing chocolatini scented mx300 rofl! i’m 23!!) but neroli i can usually use upwards of 6 sprays total (usually with a mixture of pheromones depending on my whim that day) so far i’ve only tried those two though. i did just order some cookie and coconut vanilla stuff though, i’ll let you know what i think when i get those! it seems like you have to give yourself a bit to get used to it, then you start to want to try more.

Glad to see io and ih are working great for you. Apparently mx300 is a great female version of A314 which can raise your status and help a lot in the workplace and getting respect. If there’s a lot of tension I would certainly keep going with the IO and/or IH, but another great one would be instant shine. it has a fun youthful vibe to it and can have great positive effects.

I understand. Since you know that MX300 is the equivalent to A314 for women I think you should be aware when wearing it outside of work.
Just like A314 I think you can use it for attraction but will need to find out the right amount of sprays and what other products to use to soften it like instant shine.
Still I believe some persons will be sensitive to it. Again there are some persons who will be HATERS no matter what you do. I guess you have more testing to do to find out how you can get maximum effects from the MX300 and your other products all the time.
I do know that John is working on getting in some experimental products in but not sure how far he has gotten in this process. When he is done and I don’t have an eta because greatness takes time you will find out if MX138 is in that list of experimental mixes.
I use MX300 a lot because I’m mostly at work, and when I’m not at work I am usually out at night. I like MX300 because it seems to boost my confidence, like “anything you can do I can do better.” So unfortunately, since there isn’t a big bottle, I use it way too fast.
I’m usually always the odd girl, I wear what I want, how I want, get a lot of compliments but it seems I’m always the butt of the joke. When I wear MX300 it seems that people respect me more, still some jokes but not as many.
I do know that you can WAAAY over do it with MX300. I sprayed it on a vacation with my girlfriends every day at least two to three times a day. I thought I was having fun, but one person in particular was over stimulated by it I guess. She told me later that I was complaining all the time, mean and must have a personality flaw. WTF? However another girlfriend had no complaints about it. So I think she was just sensitive to MX300 because I acted the same way I always do.
I wish they would put it in a bigger bottle. Do you have any idea if and when they will be back wqith MX 138? My boss’s favorite! lol
Let me answer a few things, I can’t quote your questions and organize them well since my laptop is down but I’ll do my best from my iPhone:
Please don’t assume because I am new to AD that I am new to pheromones or these products specifically.

Jasmin was right, it’s based on the same research that you trust from AD to make the products you’re asking for. It doesn’t mean we are going to cut off from doing womens products, it’s just that women are at an advantage when it comes to natural pheromones. Regardless. Yes, she’s a woman - that doesn’t mean she’s going to ignore research for favor of making more womens products?
The molecules in some of the MXs you guys requested can not be provided at the quantity required. I’m sorry, best I can do is take a decade from life to become a chemist and make more for you, short of that it just takes patience.
I have spent a lot more time answering the same question about MXs/womens consumer lines/mens consumer line/etc and less time looking over the formulary & inventory. I can’t leave posts about these things unanswered but at the same time I’m not sure how many different ways we can say we are doing everything we can and love to help.
I love this forum and our clients - all of them. There has not been one moment of my day that I’m not thinking about you guys or this operation. (FYI: I literally have been working 7 days a week and long hours, you can tell from my odd posting times/PM or email responses)
My job was never to be customer service, but it has become and important part of my work. My answers come straight from an operational standpoint and nothing but pure logistics stands in the way of what you ask. I have never since I worked here turned down a request that I had the power to complete. From your posts (in general) it seems like you think we aren’t doing a thing behind the scenes and are making a conscious decision not to restock things r release new consumers/womens products - let me be totally clear again: I have not yet turned down a request that is within our abilities.
Finally, #8. This job started purely as a consulting basis but it turned into a more in-depth position. Keep in mind that I have other projects I work on but choose to do this job most actively right now. You guys can not see what I do everyday offline, which I understand, but rest assure it is time consuming and I love it. So like anything I love I treat it with care and will do everything I have to in order to keep it prosperous.
In short, no I can not release MX300 in a 30mL or any MX right now. 30mL vs 5mL in these times of short supply means the supply is consumed 6 times faster. Would I release it if there was no logistical reason not to? Yes.
Oh, nono, John, the last thing I meant was to insult you! Please don’t take it the wrong way.
I’m just saying that AD appears to market more towards men, which is perfectly understandable as men do make up a much larger percentage of the forum and clientelle. I was trying to make the point that there is a wonderful and huge market (of women) out there that AD has the potential to tap more into if they so choose. I would love to see AD be as successful as it can possibly be.
And as Tisha pointed out, having more products “for women” will encourage them to stick around and get more involved.
Mickaelia and I have been actively encouraging the new female members to become active in the forum, and it appears to be working, to some extent. We have also been trying to keep the womens section interesting, so that they stick around and become more involved.
Anyway, the main point was that it would be nice for MX300 to be available in big bottles, as it definitely has proven itself many times over, as evidenced by the multitude of reports, and many women rely on it as their work mix, just as many of the guys rely on A314 as their work mix.
Those little to-go’s can get downright annoying, if you use a lot of a certain product on a daily basis. Its really just a matter of having it available in a more convenient container such as the 30ml bottle.
MX215 also appears to have consistent results, and if I had it in a big bottle on my dresser, I would use more of it, more often and definitely repurchase more frequently than I would with it in little to-go bottles. I mean, if you’ve got enough quantity of the ingredients available for desired MX’s, why not offer them in big bottles?
It’s not necessarily fair to try and force our hand on this either when we are in such serious molecule supply issues and can’t afford to make big bottles of certain things. We need reports on more experimones from women that have full details and as far as MX300 being a remade older MX, the fragrance makes a difference when looking into a consumer line so they may as well be two different mixes completely.
I know there are a few very good reports out there but the amount of actual data spread across them is not deep enough to make us confident in releasing MX300 in a big bottle.
I’ve said this quite a bit and the rolling blackouts are still happening, so I can’t really afford to make a consumer line that is any less than immaculate.
I am still investigating what we can do, but this requires patience. Constant prodding about it does not speed it up at all, just trust that things are happening behind the scenes and I can’t report back every single step of course.
