Respect was normal sometimes enhance but not in a respectfull manner in more of an affectionate type of feel.
People nod alot when responding to you as if they are not listening, not really a bad thing because they are looking at your face and probally think something nice about you and then after speaking with them for about 5 minutes straight they dont remember a thing you have just said and comes up with a compliment regarding yourself.
