Hey guys, I think i am more than ready to try out the phero’s but i am having a hard time placing order and getting shipping prices i have tried contacting androtics from their purchasing site,it directed me to androtics concierge i got just one reply and since now i havent received any help! is there any other way i can contact them? calling wont do any help as we are -7hours GMT difference in time 😕 btw i also tried emailing mr john and havent received anything yet.. any other alternative i can try guys?? really want to try this thing!!! ☹☹ ---

yeah brother! i am desperately trying to contact them but not getting any help! i hope someone can come and help us out! i also wanted to try out the famous alpha a314 and its in stock! i hope they can help me fast so i can buy it before they ran out of stock! 😕 or i will not have a choice but to ship it to a freight forwarder 😕 ---

I’ve just checked the DHL website and if its not giving you the DHL International Shipping option (around $20) at the checkout, it could be because cosmetic imports are forbidden: [http://www.dhl.com/en/sc/country\_profile/import\_guidelines\_express.html](http://www.dhl.com/en/sc/country_profile/import_guidelines_express.html) ---

That can flush-out errors. Also, one of the order options does tend to stall because it needs clearing manually - but that does happen although it will take a few hours to show-up. and lastly, the Store Forum is the best place for this! ---

I think i have no choice but toship it to a freight forwarder ☹ when androtics ship their items how do they declare the items in the package? perfumes? and also i was reading on the androtics concierge that it is possible to lower the invoice value? how is that done? ---

I think it is Cosmetics - Bottles, glass and plastic. I don’t think they do the lowering value thing anymore as that can mean serious problems with the excise in a great many countries now.
