Ok I’m sure everyone that’s worn IS has experienced this am I right? After prolonged exposure to IS (somewhere around the 6-8 hour mark) the wearer, or at least myself, will experience this sort of brain dead feeling. Like nothing makes sense, overly confused about simple things, everything just seems “cloudy”. I find it becomes way more pronounced on an empty stomach. If you use IS upon waking sometimes without eating or drinking anything it hits you in 1-2 hours.

My question is… What is this? What is causing this feeling? How do you prevent it? My best guess is to make sure & eat every 2-4 hours or so but I’ve done this and it still kicks in around the 8 hour mark.

The reason I ask is because I use IS with A314 while at work for 8 hour shifts and the first 6 hours are always spectacular but the last two are less than. I find myself stumbling over things I should know. Basically feeling brain dead.

Does everyone experience this or is it just me?

Its much like caffeine really.

Ishine (TAA) tends to stimulate. It affects the neurotransmitters thus acts on the central nervous system.

As the TAA dissipates and leaves your system you get that crash because it initially stimulates your body to produce more adrenaline and dopamine than usual. These two neurotransmitters contribute to that feeling of upliftment and energy. When they begin to drop again you feel the crash. As the body adjusts to this process it automatically compensates and you dont get that crash as badly.

A good clean nutrient rich diet and hydration will help prevent a severe crash effect.

I tend to use Ishine more to the back of my body then the front just so I am not inhaling it so much. I dont experience many crashes anymore but when I did I would just apply a little more to perk me up. Same thing people do with coffee really.

Hmmmm interesting. That all makes sense though. I don’t know if I’ve ever tried to apply more. I think I’ve always been afraid it would just make it worse. Hey thanks for a great response tisha! I remember when I first bought IS I thought to myself, “damn I could almost use this in place of caffeine to wake me up in the morning.” But then I was like nawwwwww f’ that where’s my 3 cups of French pressed coffee lol

Surprisingly enough I haven’t noted this IS crash, and I’ve always wondered why I haven’t.

Last night and the night before I applied 30mcg IS 30mcg IG and 5mcg TAK at 4pm on the chest rubbed into the wrists, behind the ears and on the jaw line. I’m also in the middle of a Tony Horton workout series which is physically challenging and relentless. I’m usually sore all the time, but not necessarily tired. Both nights I was in physical and mental shutdown by 8pm. Otherwise it was a great combination. I had flirty and playful banter everywhere I went; the grocery store, movie theater, coffee shop. I did have a small alpha clash in the concessions line at the theater with a guy who appeared to be alpha. By the end of the last night I couldn’t keep up the banter with the baristas at the coffee shop. I normally do personal work there and each night I couldn’t even get started.

I crash so badly with IS that I don’t use it much anymore. For me the crash comes pretty quickly, around 90 minutes, and another shot doesn’t help that much. I haven’t tried using it on the back of my neck because I’m tall and just have a hard time believing it will work. I’d test the theory but I’m having too much fun with putatives.

Hey guys

when I apply mones to do some daygaming then yes after 90 minutes or so I get tired out and lazy and sometimes get a bad attitude. But that only happens when I’m gaming (I always have IShine applied when I am - but not only then.).
When I use IShine with others like IG or A314 for business/pure social circle, I don’t get that effect.
Maybe it has to do with the cold and depressing weather outside which I am not so much exposed to when I’m working. Cant explain it otherwise.

my 2 cents

Figured I’d Throw my 3 cents in on this one:

If you increase your bodies free range dopamine levels, you can ward off that crash and burn quite smoothly.
As Tisha mentioned, diet and hydration are key, sleep even more so. The brain needs a chance to replenish dopamine, and sleeping is the only way to start the process. Adding foods with L-Tyrosine ( Pre-cursor Amino Acid for Dopamine) like Bananas, Blueberries, Dairy, and Nuts, will greatly help you from burning out so quick. If you are taking any sort of Dopamine agonist (substances that activate dopamine Receptors) ,most particularly any molecule in the amphetamine family structure (Adderall, Ritilin, Strattera, Methamphetamine, Dextroamphetamine), it can be a constant battle for brain balance.
Throwing in an amino acid complex, or just a l-tyrosine supplement can be the world of difference.
(Side note: For anyone who is as ADD as I am, a tyrosine rich diet goes far in helping to keep yourself in check)

Good Luck!
