2 shots Ammo to the chest 1 shot TUTH to the wrists 2 shots [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) to the back of the head 2 shot Instant Honesty to the inside of the elbows When mixing pheros, can you mix them on the same spot? For example, use 2 shots of ammo on the right wrist and then 1 shot of TUTH to the same wrist? will that have more/less of an effect? is there an advantage of using different pheros in different locations? ---

When should i use pheromones.every other day to 2 days.And when i dont use pheromones use regular cologne.IS that good. I have a question I was hoping someone could help me out with involving Section 3: Clubbing/Bar Hopping. Snook said to use 1 shot of [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) to the wrists. Did he mean 1 shot of [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) to each wrist or to one wrist? Or somehow am I suppose to get one shot to both wrists? Also, Snook said to use 2 shots of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to the inside of the elbows. Again, does this mean one shot to each elbow or two shots to each elbow? Or does it mean two shots to one elbow. I assume the last one isn’t the case since he wrote elbows and not elbow. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! ---

Spray one wrist and then press the other wrist to the one you sprayed transferring some of the [pheromone spray](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) to the unsprayed wrist. Generally folks post in total sprays so 2 sprays to the elbows would probably mean 1 spray to each elbow. Have fun, and be sure to experiment for yourself. Snook made a great guide but everyone is different! ---

at first i was nervous about which pheromones might work but if figured why not try one, i had nothing to lose haha. So any way i went for a relatively cheap brand ‘alphaLURE’ (it was $19.99/ 1 oz.) and OHHHH MY GOD! haha, i could not believe it! it worked SO WELL haha. i was surprised and amazed at how well that brand worked, after that i never tried another brand lol, anyone else heard of that brand? alphaLURE? ---

Wow, there’s so many different products out there, I’m really glad there’s guides liek this. Thanks a lot Snook! I’m 18 and trying to attract women in ranges from 16 to 20 (sometimes I hang with the younger crowd, sometimes with teh older crowd). I would love to see pheromones’ effects at kicking off conversations, as well as getting my ass in the sack with females. I want to try some of Snook’s combinations, but a lot of the product links in the post are sold out and I can’t find elsewhere that sells then. Does anyone know how to buy CTTM, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), Spaceland, and AMMO? Also, I’ve read in enough places that too much -none will ward off younger women with intimidating effects, but if there any that anyone knows will work well on women in their late teens/early 20s, with a small dose or otherwise? ---

I have to agree that -none makes people more aggressive. I wore ammo by itself to school to see effects and some people were aggressive while others seemed intimidated. One of my friends started punching me for no reason and I was like aww cmon.
