Which products did you get, Chocapic? If you just stick to Ammo and the Instant products, I doubt you’ll OD on androstenone. Just lay off the Turn Up The Heat etc. And be sure to spray on areas that don’t sweat much. Such as the back of your neck and your wrists.
Honestly, plenty of people have overdone it with various pheromones–and lived to laugh about it later. If you do, just learn and adjust. No big deal.
