SteveO - thanks for the push to publish this or I’d still be editing it 🆒 **Context info** 44 years old, Male, Afro Caribbean/Black British/West Indian….whatever you choose to call me I’m light brown skin and my parents are from Trinidad. I was born and bred in sunny England. I work in an ofice environment (communications) and work with 80/85% females (mainly 25-40). OK background out of the way…. My previous experience with pheromones only consists of regular use of Pherlure which, I thought was pretty good before coming across this forum. Now I know it is generally regarded as c\*\*p, at best. Anyway, I got regular IOIs from younger women ironically a bit too young at times….glad I’m not a school teacher. 😃 So I look a bit younger than my age, but am not whether a little bit of pheromones goes a long way with me. I ordered Scent of Eros, but whilst still surfing I came across PheroTalk and signed up. I so liked what I saw I followed the link to Androtics Direct and placed my first order which was designed around my needs in the office where I work. I chose A314, Instant Shine x2 and Instant Openness x2. I don’t use Scent of Eros at the moment, but will recount that in another post, soon. By the end of the first week I was so impressed, but could see the need to fill some gaps in my work arsenal, so placed my second order: TAA, TTTH, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) AMMO, Come Talk To Me Mix 2 (mainly To Go bottles to experiment with) and some empty bottles. - My work brew: \*2-3 A314 (under nose & inside wrist or behind ear) 2 sprays IS (neck & face) topped up later in day 2 sprays Instant Openness (wrist & neck) topped up later in day 2 sprays IFM (back of neck & back of hands or wrists) 1 spray AMMO (back of neck) for testing purposes - Drinks after work: \*CTTM 2 more sprays 1 spray IS 1 spray IO Sometimes 1 spray IFM Turn Up The Heat 1 small spray 1 hour before leaving office. Top up at the pub/bar later. So, the results (in order of effectiveness/usefulness for me, particularly in and around the workplace – remember the context lots of alpha females 🙄, in an office environment - mainly younger than me). A314 – 5 out of 5 Indispensable, but usually needs to be tempered, given my build & cropped hair Instant Shine – 5/5 – I love you¬ You are now the crack and smack in my life as I CANNOT do without you. I swear this cold be sold as an anti-depressant/confidence booster. I now use it mainly for self-effects. Instant Openness – 4/5 used for self effects to change my demeanour and open up those within whiff of me. IFM – 4/5 in small doses to counter some of the alpha-ness of A314 (perhaps you only need this if in a female environment?) CTTM2 – 3/5 – needs some more experimentation by me, perhaps. I use it as a back up to IS & IO again mainly for self effects. TAA – 3/5 (see above) will experiment more when my batch of IS & IO runs out. TUTH – 3/5 (not for office use of course, but drinks after). Good, but it seems to be (on me anyway) all or nothing almost as if I need half sprays or micro measures. It does very little, then makes some women a bit edgy and then BAM I’ve lost them and they’re all antsy shifting in their seat or something. A coworker's odd reaction at the office](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/ladies-i-need-your-help/9222)) More experimentation definitely needed…out of the office AMMO – 2/5 Surprised me too as it’s a forum favourite, but whilst I like the smell, I am pretty sure it’s been making me feel down when used with the other things I’ve got on. I’ve tried it on the back of my neck, back of my hand and still not for me. I think it overloads the balance of my mix? **Anyone any thoughts on this?** This post is long enough so I’ll bugger off now and finish my more detailed posts on 1st week reactions, 2nd week, etc so you can see the layers coming through of what works for me and what doesn’t. **Let me know what you think – too many sprays?** I’m always trying to balance more Nols than Nones. Yeah, I’ve probably expected too much with AMMO as everyone else seems to like it, so will drop it from mix and introduce it later. **If I do that, what do you think would be good to leave out** (if anything) **from my work brew** (A314, IS, IO & IFM)? I’ve got another order coming so will need some suggestions on what to change/leave out as I focus on these new items - MX135, [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/), MEO-EST… Thanks! :o ---

just wondered have you used each of the products by themselves for a few days to see their individual effects? try doing that with the ammo as when i first started off with it i used it in a mix and wouldnt relise the effects or i would OD within a few sprays but now i love the stuff after getting the hang of the right dosage that worked for me! ---

Guys - I work in Communications (hence the glut young of females 🆒). I’m a Senior Communications Manager in an organisation that _loves_ meetings so A314 is **very** useful when I’ve got a big meeting. If I use up to 4 drops of A314 I find I can dominate a meeting, but as I’m not in meetings all day, that then puts people off approaching me for the rest of the day so it really is a balance. Thanks to all for the welcome. I’m just about to post again with a bit more of the results from my xperimenting. 😃 ---

Good point, Deeds, but I just lurve A314 & IS so much…I’m gonna have to back off them whilst I test my new batch coming in - [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), MX135, TAC, P74. But now that I look back, I don’t think I’ve ever worn just one thing 😮 I’m just not that patient and now that I’ve got a brew that works I’m tempted to simply add one thing on top to see if it will enhance my perfect mix. **Should I really try them one by one and drop my work brew?** Boy that IS going to be hard 😕 Let me know what you think.
