# Think I'm doing ok with this Ammo regimen?

I’ve been wearing one spray to neck/chest area of ammo for the past week every day. I’ve also been showering with soap every day(sometimes washing that area more thoroughly in order to prevent build-up). No signs of build-up or OD have been present. Think I’m safe to continue this path without taking a 1-2 day break from ammo?

If you continue to see consistent results then sure. Everyone’s body chemistry is different. Showering with soap and scrub doesn’t get out the -none for me. I need some chemical help or there’s definitely buildup.

I can go with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - or a variant - daily (I shower at least once daily) without build-up but I am quite a bit older than you. Nbully79 is right - everyone IS different. If it seems to be working for you, fine, but I would keep an eye out for a possible 'none OD given your age.

Probably wouldn’t hurt to take a break now and then just to vary your [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) signature a bit too.
