I shall start with the mandatory: I am a 17 year old male from the UK. I discovered this website mainly by accident but indirectly due to being a pua in training. I am currently doing the style life challenge and obviously these [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) will be a massive help in approaching random people in the street and manipulating social dynamics. I do have a few questions and ask for some advice. First off, I’m not sure what to actually buy, I guess what I am looking for is something to use to boost my likeabilitly and own personal confidence, especially with members of the opposite sex but life in general I guess. I will later be looking for things that will make women see me as a sexual target. but for now interest is enough! So I’ve been thinking of ordering ammo, now a quick question.. I assume you use ammo as an au de toilette, perhaps not so liberally though but atleast instead of an au de toilette, not both. Correct? Also when using ammo should I avoid using scented bodywash in the shower? What about deodorant? Now there is this one girl in particular who I am not in ‘the friend zone’ per se. But it’s heading that way and I know she finds me attractive, what I am really looking for is somthing that will just push her to the next level, maybe make a move or see me in the new light clearer? Is this a separate product to ammo? Also is a341 what I am looking for? Or is ammo better suited? Will it be back in stock soon? Thanks alot guys I really look forward to using this stuff! Welcome to the forum, Tom! Ammo is a great product for creating interest and attraction, and drawing attention from the opposite sex. Along with it, you might also try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), which will give you a magnetic, youthful vibe. Ammo is scented, and you can wear it by itself. However, if you like, you can also add your own colognes, albeit not all will mesh well with Ammo’s scent so you’ll have to experiment. I see no real reason for avoiding scented body washes or deodorants when using Ammo (or any pheromone product) unless the scents don’t work well together. As for your friend, Ammo should actually work well there too. However, someone else might be along soon with different advice on that, so stick around. A314 generates respect and can make you feel confident and in charge. However, it can also create distance between you and other people (the have too much respect and thus will be more serious and less playful around you.) You can buffer this with Instant Shine or other socials to lessen that effect. However, for the goals you described, I don’t think it would be the best product. A314 can work wonders by itself, but it is a bit harder to understand and notice the effects (it’s subtler) so you’ll want a bit more experience before you try it. At 17 yrs of age I would suggest you stay away from strong -none products … you already produce enough. A314 has -none in it as does Ammo. Ammo however is buffered; therefore not overpowering. I would go with Ammo add some socials such as Instant Shine … gives you a feel good vibe and helps you approach girls; [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) puts everyone in a chatty mood; Instant Honesty creates deeper conversation; and Come talk to me 2 is a mix of IO and IH. Remember too much -none could put you and other males in an aggressive state (fights) and scare off girls your age. Good luck and welcome to the forum. ---

Hi Tom, you’ve got some great advice here. As a PUA there is an enormous range of combinations that could assist you in different environments. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is certainly a great starting point - very popular with attracting women. A314 will add status, especially amongst other PUA’s, wingmen etc, it will help you stand out from the crowd, but may be intimidating to some - this is a very powerful product. Hello my fellow PUA friend and welcome to the forum. I think you’ll find like minded people, but some others that do not share the PUA vision as well. It’s OK, we are all a sharing and caring community. Always remember, just like PUA, that mones should accent who you are as a individual and bring out the valuable qualities we all have inside. At your age, I would agree with Vespero, that using to much -none would actually have adverse effects. You are producing lots of it anyway so Ammo is a good choice and maybe some Ishine and even IG. All great stuff to keep you in a Sexxay light with the ladies. Remember to much of none is a bad thing and will drive the ladies away around your age and pull the cougars in.
