What are you opinions on spraying products directly over one another?

Is it okay to spray say 2xAmmo and then should you _wait 15mins_..then few sprays of IS?

It doesn’t cancel each other out so to speak or anything does it? I know when you mix regular colonges it can turn into abit of a disaster in terms of smell!

I don’t know why shouldn’t you just spray different products in different area in your body. You could even use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) left side neck and IS right neck, but don’t layer them on top of each other.

You shouldn’t also spray a lot of regular cologne over the mones, because that might affect the end result (be it positive or negative).

Thats up to you. You can layer them or you can spray them to different places. It doesnt really matter. 😉

Oh and the only time you need to wait 10 to 15 minutes is when your trying to cover a smell you dont like. This just help prevent bleed through of the scent.

Exactly as my dear Tisha said, you only have to wait for the “neroli bomb” to wear off before you can spray your cologne of choice over the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). Heck, sometimes I don’t even wait 10 to 15 minutes if I’m in a hurry. Sometimes my regular cologne over powers the neroli anyway. Plus, from my experience even just 2 or 3 minutes is sometimes enough for the heavy smell of neroli to wear off. Sometimes.

This is something I was wondering about. I feel like I read that a lot of colognes are heavy, and will prevent the mones from diffusing off your body.

But do you think you can spray cologne right over the mones and be fine?

I would advise against it. While neroli is fairly light and will be over powered by a cologne scent if worn on the body but different parts that’s fine. But a lot of colognes use substances to control/limit how fast they diffuse off the skin. Spraying a cologne that includes these substances right on top of the pheromones could effect the rate at which they diffuse. I’d advise against using anything other than ammo on the same spot since AD would not use these chemicals in their own products.

I understand what RADMAN is saying, since I’ve been gone for a long time I forgot most of the technical pheromone diffusion tech stuff. But if I remember correctly there is a fear that some (or one) EO will kill of the bacteria thus hindering the pheromone effect/diffusion. But then again A314 states on the bottle that it’s best used with cologne so I’m definitely guessing that it all just depends. For example a cologne that’s heavy and stays close to your body instead of travel/diffuse a farther distance can/might also keep the molecules in this same radius than with a cologne that diffuses much farther.

I think the only way to find out is by trial and error. I love AMMO but I use my neck for most pheromone applications so I can’t get away with spraying cologne elsewhere, so I take this risk and hope that the pheromones will still remain with my cologne of choice on top while diffusing right along with the cologne. Hope I’m right LOL. I mean I haven’t noticed much difference my self. 😕

I stumbled upon this thread: [https://pheromonetalk.com/t/question-about-layering/17065](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/question-about-layering/17065)

There’s some really good stuff in there about the theory behind layering and Tish, awesome posts in there. 😃
