I honestly believe that most men and women who are good friends, can be so much more. Its mostly a matter of circumstance. And circumstances can be changed.

The way I see it is this…in order for attractions to flourish, as complicated as this process can often be, two things need to exist:

Sexual/Physical attraction and an Emotional Connection: Comfort, closeness, social compatibility.

If you’re already friends with a lady, chances are you already have a well established emotional connection with her…what’s lacking is an open sexual attraction between the two of you. You need to show her that there is/(can be) a sexual attraction between the two of you, and then bring all these sensations to the surface. You need to create the sexual tension and excitement that ‘sparks’ a strong physical attraction and spearheads the connection you guys have forward.

The thought of being sexually attracted to a friend is only awkward if that attraction doesn’t really exist. When it does exist, it really can be a much stronger sense of attraction than one would feel with someone they weren’t close to. The thought and sensation of her being attracted to you, even if she thinks she ‘shouldn’t’ be… It can drive her to throw her conventions out the window. Thats where you need to be.

But in order for all this to fall in place…you must first let her see you as someone that she could be sexually attracted to.
