# Time for a forum phero FAQ?

Is it time for a phero FAQ we could point new users to? Here are some questions just off the top of my head to start.

I set it up as a google shared doc - if you would like to help out then PM me your email and I can grant you access to edit.

Aren’t [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) just a con? What do they do?  
Are pheromones just about sex?  
I’m new. Which products are best to start with?  
Which products are best for seduction, for business, and for social uses?  
What is an OD?  
How is sensitivity to pheros affected by race?  
What is phero build-up? How do I fix it?
