Hey guys, my name’s Matt and i’ve been a lurker of this forum for a while now and have been curious about pheromones for some time. I’m a 19 year young male, turn ons are world peace and bunnies, turn offs are war. Just kidding…i hate bunnies. I live in the south of UK at the moment 🙂 Okay, so a bit about myself. I first discovered pheromones whilst looking up something about testosterone. Self-development is a bit of a passion of mine and i was looking into different foods which can increase testosterone and came across celery. I’m sure you guys have heard of the theory that by eating celery you release more natural pheromones through sweat…right? If not try it out, it works (or it did for me anyway). I noticed that girls started to act different around me. Friendlier and chattier more than anything. After that i came across a vending machine selling Xcite wipes, supposedly human pheromones. Tried one out, liked the effect again and i was hooked. Then i discovered that Ann Summers sold a similar thing. It took a bit of courage walking into a sex shop to buy pheromones but i was pretty determined 😛. After a few months of trying them out in social situations i stopped completely for about a year which brings us up to a few months ago. Over the past few months i’ve bought quite a few different sprays online, a couple of them i’ve had great hits with but quite a few have been duds. But you learn from mistakes eh? I recently discovered Love Scent and this forum. Haven’t ordered anything from here yet but i’m thinking of buying quite a few of the to go products to see what i like the effect of and maybe try mixing a few when i get the hang of each one. I’m mainly interested in pheromones to help improve my social life and get more involved with girls. I wouldn’t say i’m shy but can be quite intravert at times, i got over my approach anxiety by approaching random girls and groups of people. It’s been ages since i’ve done that but i think i need to get back into the whole pick-up thing (but not take it too seriously), especially now i’ve discovered some worthwile [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/). Hey Matt, you know, bunnies aren’t that bad once you get to know them…😃 Glad you can participate in the mones conversation! How did you find out about AD and this forum? Some recommendations for you are getting an AMMO spray. Hey there and welcome! Yea theres a lot of scam [pheromone](https://a314.com/) sites out there that just want your money for bunk products For starters I would recommend A314. It is expensive but totally worth it. It lasts longer than the alcohol mones cause it’s an oil base product. It really ups my confidence when I wear it and others view me as the alpha male and treat me like a king. for attraction I would recommend Ammo. It’s a sexual mix but not TOO strong so you can wear it almost anywhere. The socials are a must have for starters as well. Io/ih make people comfortable around you and promote trust and chattiness sometimes. IS is a favorite (especially with ammo) in this forum cause it gives off a playful and youthful vibe that just makes people feel great around you. hope this helps. let us know how things go! ---

Hi Biffy. Good to see another from the UK here, even if you are from the soft, soppy south! 😛😃 Good you are into self development - That goes hand in hand with phero use and both will complement each other no-end. Hopefully recently discussed forum changes will see a bit more emphasis placed on discussion of SD issues here too. The diet/Testosterone aspect interests me greatly, so if you can post-up any more info about that, I would be very interested to read it. Thanks. 🙂 A few togos are a great way to start and there is already much advice here on the best way to start to go about choosing your pheros - A bit of time searching and reading will educate your choices very effectively. ---

You’d make a fortune delivering pizzas 😛 (cool points to whoever can name the quote) Yeah Ammo was the first one that seemed to appeal to me so i think i’ll definately be giving that a go. Using it with IO, IS etc is okay? I’m guessing they’re more Nol based? I think i found this forum through a google search. It comes up with most pheromone related searches so i’ve been reading through some of the stickys for a while to get a jist of how things work 🙂. I like the open minded attitude here. I’ve read quite a bit about A314, is there anything none based that could add a sexual touch to it? Or would that not be reccomended? I have about a million other questions but i’ll do a search before posting them 😃 Nothing soppy about the south mobocaster 😮😉 ---

IO and IH are -nol based… You can Ammo to A314 to make it a bit more sexy. Also, some people use TUTH with IS at night… I personally like Mx301 with it, but that is not in stock for now… ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Biffy! [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) are real and they work and that is a fact. Just like lots of really good, quality products out there you will many scams out there to mislead. Unfortunately a lot of persons never find the really good , quality stores and stopped their search after being disappointed by the scam artists. You will find what we suggest is your start up kit and when you master these you can go on to the more advanced stuff. The guys you answered your thread and the ones you will meet on this forum are filled with experience and information make the most out of them.
