Careful with A314 especially if you feel you are shy. Read this thread on congruence: [~The Congruence Thing~](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/the-congruence-thing/16560)

And also what pheromones can and cannot do in my signature, for an explanation why you have to be careful with A314.

You should be careful with TUTH for a similar reason. The other two products are great to start with though. As mocking indicated, IO is also another good product to consider although I myself have not had too much luck with it, so I am kind of averse to recommending it (I have had more luck with IH though).
