Hi I’m Tim. I am a 29 year old male. from Los Angeles, CA. Me and me girlfriend broke up in Aug. but remained friends. In fact I’m her only good friend. We were special adult friends until she meet her current boyfriend. then I lost it. emotionally. I realised what really wanted, HER. I love her very much and want to have her in my life everyday till I am no more. I have been the very best friend anyone can have and then some. that is the problem. I don’t want to be friends, I want to be her best friend and every thing else. So I have been reading up on trying to get your ex back. So I looked around and stumbled across this site. Which I read a couple posts. and promptly when to the store and bought the “turn up the heat” spray. Well a couple of things strike me. Trick, “not trying to get her back”, and the hint of being sneaky about it. I’m not going to judge you on that, but I would make sure you want to evaluate if you want to get her with the truth or use tactics that aren’t going to be the most honest, I’ve been there, be careful with that. As for pheromones. TUTH might seem like the best idea, get them sexually turned on for you, but that’s nothing new in your relationship. You were FWB’s back then so I doubt that it was sexual chemistry that you were lacking, it was probably something with bonding that were holding things back. From my standpoint I would go with A314, I only know how the oil version works so I’m going to recommend that. However, users here have used version 1.23 (a and b) to success. Maybe someone can chime in. This will give you a sense of high value. You can’t be needy, you can’t be beta, and you can’t show signs that you’re submissive with this. You have to be alpha and congruent with the signature. Also, get some [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), if any latent feelings of connection are there, this can help you with her in bringing that out. P51Mustang has the right idea. TuTH shouldn’t be needed as you guys have already been sexual in the past. It may come in handy later but what I don’t get the impression that you need to convince her that you’re sexy or sexual, she knows this already. A314 on the other hand creates the vibe of a man of status and value. It’s a ridiculously powerful product if you know how to work it. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) again is a good choice. It helps direct the A314 so you’re seen as a valuable man that she feels a connection to. If I were to add anything I’d say P74 might be helpful as it seems to create a boyfriend type of vibe…I suspect by creating a relaxed sort of comfort. As for “tactics” or “techniques”…well as David D says when guys ask him “how do I attract this girl or that girl?”…be attractive. Simply put instead of focusing on convincing her that she should be attracted to you, or trying to convince her that you’re a better choice for her than option B, focus on you. All of these guys know EXACTLY what they are talking about! A314 is where it is at and If you don’t have it I’d suggest you get it because it could change your life! I am just throwing this in because it is similar to what you are going through. H and I were dating for 4yrs. mad drama happens and she gets awfully close to her manager at work. This killed me but that didn’t hinder my game. I go to Japan for 2 weeks and come back and she was the first person I called She told me that they were together…My heart seriously fell to my feet and trying my best not to tear up I told her that I was happy for her. Because that second I was. Things go on and she still wanted to hang out and talk and even kiss!!! I told her that I am not going to be that guy to who he was to our relationship and she need to pick me or him…AMMO got her kissing with me again every time I saw her. We were playing this dumbass game for a few months and I just got fed up with it. I had A314 under my belt and felt very congruent with it. This was her first exposure to it and I told her that we needed to talk. I said that by her putting off this talk for so long has let me know that she is choosing him, and it isn’t fair to me, her or even him (though I could really careless if he dies 😛 jk…) and that this is goodbye. She broke down in tears dude, freakin fountains, 4 yrs and she has seen me cry more that I have seen her!!! She begged for me to stay and everything that she did was wrong and that I can call the shots from now on! and Our relationship has seriously feels like the first few months when we starting dating, it is like perfect bliss! So man idk what you are willing or wanting to do, but man if you want her, just talk. If not tell her goodbye and let the right one find you. Whatever you choose just be confident no matter how hard it is, because what you do is what is going to happen you need to be willing to face the consequences or whatever the outcomes are of your decision! So I got my order of IS, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Honesty, and Turn Up The Heat. I tried out IS and Instant Openness at one of my job sites today. I am xray tech that works for a registry(nice way of saying temp work for health pros). It might of been my imagination, but I swear the patients were more receptive to my instructions and were over all more friendly. This is at a pain management clinic so they are usually pretty grumpy. Then Later after work I went to see my friend and EX. …dude, please don’t take offense to this. You guys went shopping and picking out nail polish while she vented to you about her boyfriend. It’s very common for guys to mistake this as a good sign but it’s not. You’re being friend zoned and not in the legitimate friends way but rather in the exploitative emotional tampon kind of way. I used to think it was a good idea to try and fill all the needs a woman has that her boyfriend might not be meeting. To try and be the guy I thought she wished her boyfriend was. So I’d go along without complaint on whatever she felt like doing. It never works my friend. Some men are so desperate for approval from women in general or even one woman in particular that they assume any positive feeling will equate with sexual attraction and romantic love…it doesn’t work that way. You’re working your way into a part of her life reserved for her girlfriends and gay guy friends. I’m sure you’re probably thinking that her taking negatively about the current guy is a good sign…it’s not. If a girl you just met is talking poorly about her boyfriend that’s usually a strong sign of interest, if however you know the woman well and she’s talking smack about the guy, it means fuck-all. You’re her therapist now, she’s using you to vent during a time when she’s thinking logically.I used to have girls tell me all sorts of shit they hate about their asshole boyfriends and I would throw some solid logical reasons why they should dump the guy. They would always…ALWAYS agree with me. But when they get alone with the guy logic fails and they act on emotional response. She vented to to because talking about what she hates makes her feel better…but she has no intention of changing the situation regardless of what she says. If I’m interested in a woman, I won’t listen to her venting about a current relationship. Doing so turns me into the emotional tampon, which actually HELPS the other guy and makes it easier for her to keep things the way they are. He fills one set of needs, I would be satisfying another set and there’s no reason to change. DO NOT LET HER TREAT YOU LIKE ONE OF THE GIRLS! Have some boundaries, don’t be a dick but don’t be a tampon. If she doesn’t like her current guy, well she’s a big girl that made a big girl choice and she can either live with it, or choose to walk away from it. If she knows you’re still interested in her, then talking to you about the guy she’s currently with is disrespectful and inconsiderate. I’d suggest establishing that as a boundary and refuse to get involved in any conversation about her current relationship or what she doesn’t like about it. Tell her if she has issues with her boyfriend that he’s the one she should be talking to about it. Next, consider your own likes, hobbies, interests, goals etc. And do THAT stuff when you hang out with her. Even show her you’re being fair about it. “Well we went shopping for nail polish for you last week so this week we’re doing something that I like” Show her you have a defined identity, solid boundaries and the confidence and assertiveness to be your own person. If she refuses and says she doesn’t want to do something for you in spite of the fact that the last “date” was alll about her, show some backbone and assertiveness and call her on it. Tell her she’s being a self centered brat, that you are not interested in hanging out with somebody that inconsiderate and that this is what you want to do, what you are going to do and it’s up to her if she comes along or not. Then just go do whatever it was you had in mind…even if you wind up spending the day alone. That you would rather spend a day alone doing something for you, then capitulating and spending another day orbiting her is a bold statement. Without knowing all the details and going only by the couple of posts you’ve made I’d guess that the very thing you’re doing to try and get her back is exactly what drove her away in the first place. You’re wanting her to the point of needing her and making her more important than anything else in your life. While women may swoon when the male lead in a romantic movie does this, it almost never results in attraction. For one it does nothing to establish the positive masculine energy she needs in her life. And for another…being made the center of a persons universe it too much pressure and responsibility…it would feel smothering to anyone male or female. Attraction is about value and while I don’t know how well the other guy is conveying his value, I can tell you that having your attention and approval there for her to take when she wants with no effort on her part is not communicating much value. Look at it this way…Indiana Jones opens the door of his house and there is a box on his doorstep. Before he opens it, how valuable do you imagine the contents are? Now, two hours later he comes across a chest only after traveling to various locations around the world, killing numerous bad guys that want the same thing, solving a few puzzles and riddles and avoiding deadly booby traps…now before he opens it, how valuable do you assume the contents of that chest will be? You’re presenting yourself as the package on the doorstep when you should be the priceless treasure chest that the whole plot revolves around. I know this sounds counter intuitive but if you want the girl you have to make yourself HARDER to get, not easier. YOU have to realize that even a temporarily bad emotion is better than no emotion and stop being afraid of making her angry. By being a challenge you establish your attention as having value…YOU have value. By having a solid core identity and strong established personal boundaries that are more important to you than a little bit of attention from her you convey the strong solid masculine energy she needs. ---

In my opinion, it’s not worth it. Buy the mones, and step your game with other females, and YOU are going to be the one choosing who to be with or not. I know how you feel man because I’ve been in that situation too. I’ve wanted my ex back just for a very short amount of time (thanks to the pheros 🙂) and now I truly don’t want her back. Guess what? She’s the one chasing me now but too late.. got over it long time ago. However, if you still want her back: A314 + IH will be good enough.. adding IS to that won’t hurt too. Finding your sweet spot first is HIGHLY suggested if you don’t want to create weird ass vibes to people and especially your ex and it will save you tons for future uses. bottom line: have fun! 🙂 ---

I feel for you man. What you can do is find your sweet spots over the next few weeks. You will be able to see the love you will receive from all the females you are around. Then if you happen to run into your Ex just play it cool. Don’t chat for a long time like you have plans and life has moved passed her to bigger and better. Start to hang out with the girls you pick up with the mones and go to the old places you and your girl use to hang. Then she will be like WTF this guy is dating 10’s and she will start feeling regrets and come back to you with her tail in between her legs. Then you can decide if you want to take her back under your conditions. Now that I found mones I really have nothing to do with my ex’s. They will come around from time to time to try and preform their way back into my life but i’m so over them. They know now that they are just part of my rotation and if they don’t like it they can be replaced. The great things about mones is that they build your confidence. You know that if you walk into bar, club, or hooters etc You are going to be able to hit a home run either that night or that week. Then it becomes a matter of how you manage your rotation. Just make sure be safe a lot of girls seem to want to have sex without protection if they get knocked off their feet by the mones. ---

2 very tall white women have just come into the cafe im sitting in. They walked pass my table by 15 feet looked back then came to sit at the table beside me. I did! I got the Italian/American woman named Lynn number she is 25yrs 5’8 1/2 easily a 9 out of 10 number. The other one was married had the ring on. She said I should show her the sights. Translation my bedroom! She is taller then me with hair down to ass. NICE! I shall dream about that one till I have it. Should have seen the other guys bowing in my greatness. I was just sitting there looking at [espn.com](http://espn.com) and would look up everyone once in a while. I could tell that she really wanted me to talk to her but sports come first lol. So she starts getting antsy and speaking Italian to her cousin who only speaks Italian. Then she says to me are you from here. I said unfortunately yes I am. She smiles and then just gets up from her table and sits at my table. I then close my laptop and ask how can i help her. She says I’m trying to show my cousin how to get to riverside from here Via the trolley but she is still not getting it. I was like well you can just get a guide from across the street for her. She was like i tried but they didn’t have anything in Italian as we just came from there. I was like oh well if you want I can show you ladies now. She looks and says your so kind whats your name. I tell her ask her whats hers. she tells me her story about just coming her for work in the new clinic not knowing the city even though she has been here for 3 months. She says she has to work the whole week and won’t be able to show her cousin around while she is here during the morning like she thought she would be able to. All the time is she rubbing her leg up against my middle thigh as the table is so small and she is so close that she can only have her leg there. She says I can’t show them now as they have to leave to get back across town towards the beaches. She says here is my number and then grabs my hand while im typing it in my cell and says please make sure to call me I really want you to show me the sights. she asks where I live and I told her in riverside the same place she wants to go with her sister. She says give her my address and maybe when she gets out of work early on Thursday she can stop by for drinks then she gives me a wink of the eye. gets her stuff and they get up say ciao and leave.
