# Tips for Sucess with Realm cologne/pheromones!

While searching for information on “Realm” [pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/), I found the following “Tips for Success” :

#1. Placing a small amount of cologne on the body is key. Make sure you are careful not to overpower the women with the strong scent and powerful pheromones.

#2. Learn and study more about pheromones and the different types of pheromones. Mastering the ingredients is the first key to understanding how to gain optimal performance.

#3. Dab cologne onto clothes and not skin. The skin’s other natural scents can mask the cologne.

I know this sounds silly, but after reading this information I get the impression that I need to spray my “body” on my clothes, and not on my skin??? What do the phero gurus think about this???

Sounds like a crappy product.

#1 contradicts #3.

I highly doubt Realm is as strong as Heavy [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) LOL.

Men’s Realm contains EST (produced by pregnant women) and is designed to relax and mellow the man wearing it. In other words, it is a self-effect product. It’s also the longest running mone product and is sold all over the place. It didn’t do much for me in terms of self-effect but, in all fairness, nor do most other mones. I used Realm for a couple years and spiked it with NPA, A1 and improved its “bite” with a little clove and cedar EO, all mixed in an atomizer. Did help get me laid a lot. I moved on to other colognes as I got tired of it.
