# tips on first use

ok so i just made my first purchase and i bought a pretty big selection that i thought would give me what i want.

Instant Honesty  
Instant Shine  
AMMUNITION  
Instant Openness  
Turn Up the Heat

all of these are TO GO.

so for my first test what combination (if any) should i try for best results? Or should i just go with one thing, perhaps the ammo first.

I was like you, wanted to try the mix and all combinations at the beginning. Not a good idea since you will never know which one is in effect. Although the product has its certain result, all our pheromone signatures are different and influence that result. Finding your sweet spots is a must. Especially with -none product.

I would try [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) first. They are a lot easier to detect. One on wrist and rub them together. 1 on the adam’s apple. Increase the dose if you could not see much effects.

And remember, placebo effect is possible.
