Its good for those really hot months when your mones diffuse to fast. Sometimes what I do is put a big glob of lotion in my hand. Spray a few sprays of whatever mones into it. mix it up with my finger then smear it all over. Then I apply the rest of the mones normally. This seems to give me longer diffusion times and I get the instant effect as well. I usually just this in the summer months or with copulins.
