im having the same issues as everyone else. Ordered on 9/7 custom stuff, sent shipping tracking number on 9/15, and today i checked it and fedex still hasnt picked up a package. just says shipping info sent to fedex. ---

It simply teaches me that all good things come to those who wait. 😃 I have been here and I do understand that sometimes there are shortages of product/formulations but these are mostly all single molecules and are all supposed to be in stock at the time i submitted the order. I also know they do take care of their own but this is 2 orders in a row and I had a complication with another one earlier this year as well. I let people/companies set the bar for their own standards… AD far exceed any expectation I had of customer service when I first joined… but the last 3 experiences have been wrought w/ the exact same problems… and it’s spanned over a few months. I love the team at AD. I know they bust their asses for us, but the way things have been lately is absolutely out of character. ---
