What Mix Would You Recommend To Improve A Long Term Relationship??? Thx 🙂 ---

What do you mean by improve? Encourage more communication? Maybe an androstenol based product like CTTM or Instant Honesty. Lift her emotional state? Perhaps A-1 or [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). Give her the twitch? Any androstenone rich product like Turn Up The Heat, NPA or The Edge. Have better finances (the most crucial aspect of any male-female relationship)? I draw a blank here. My experience with “improving” long standing relationships with mones has not been very successful. Why? The other party tends to have you plugged and expect things to be a certain way no matter what. So at best, changes tend to be subtle (the only huge exception is A-1–it really consistently enhances mood). On the other hand, pheromones are great for first impressions and interacting with casual friends and workmates. They don’t know you as well and process new info readily. ---

Gegogi is pretty much dead on in my exeriences. I bought the pheromones mainly to help improve or tweak my marriage but found they have little effect on my wife of many years for the reason Gegogi puts forth - at this point our relationship is built on years of experience and has a certain dynamic to it based on that and expected responses from your spouse. Everything is a two-edged sword. If you know she likes flowers, you keep some in the vase. But if you get the same exact bouquet every 10 days or so for a year even she will get tired of them and get the impression it is just a habit and you really don’t care because it is the same thing over and over. The best way to improve a long term relationship is through communication and taking specific actions - often ones you both agree will help. That being said, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) or TAA can help lighten things somewhat. Many users have stated that their long term girlfriends have reacted favorably to products like Turn Up The Heat or NPA. My wife really does not seem to although Ammo does go over pretty well. I know from reading that finances are probably the top thing most couples fight over, but Gegogi - buddy, dude - we’re almost sounding a little cynical with the “most crucial part of any relationship” thing -lol. Of course after all these years, I sound the same way, especially when I joke around with “new” couples about relationship subjects: love, marriage, sex, children, etc.. I love the looks on their faces sometimes … But if MHarris and Jasmin come up with a pheromone that can make you richer, I’ll be the first in line!! I would say better looking too but I have heard very few women say a rich guy is ugly. Ooooopppps - there I go lol. ---

I’ve found IFM very very useful when we have been discussing a lot or even in “those days of months”😉 but it’s true that when you have been years with another person it’s difficult to change her’s perception of you. A little A314 may help a little if she is asking herself about her relationship with you and why is she with you, it will remind her that you are his man, but she can suddently be a little more possesive. About my experience with -none in a relationship, you are right, nevertheless i try not to use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or something similar with -none in days where sex cannot be done because i don’t want her to get used to it. When there’s really a possibility and we need the pump, i wear TUTH that has improved sex frecuency and quality at least in my case, but as i said earlier, in my opinion a mate can easily get used to your phero signature and ignore it completely leaving all to your years of experience, so I don’t want to use TUTH or IFM very much until it’s completely “necessary”. After months of phero experiences I have been found too that they’re better for causing better first impressions than for changing them, I agree with you completely. ---

well this is my second week wearing pheros… so with my girl the common has been A314 and IShine… in some dates IFM… well maybe our relationship is no yet longterm… we has been together fot about 5 months… but A314 seems to be causing effect… i really feel some changes in our relationship… ---

I don’t know about improving a relationship, but I’m trying to get my ex (whom I had spent 10 years with) back and forgive my tresspasses. I’m trying to get her to remember that she still has deep feelings for me. And you know what? Chikara and Liquid Trust seems to be working! I’m waiting for my order of [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). But in the meantime, Alpha-Nol seems to be working in getting her to be more open and friendly when she meets me. So, improving…I don’t know. Maybe you should be using mones when you change a routine. For example, use it when you surprise her with flowers or use it when you take her out for a romantic dinner out of the blue. If she’s very used to you, shake the relationship up with BOTH new activities and mones. ---

Gemfire, that’s a coherent idea, that’s what i was saying, if you use pheros when she is trying to understant a new behaviour on you, she can think you are really changing and accept better your new phero vibe. ---

well well well… i got the flew for the last 2 days… and yesterday i was not wearing eny pheros… not even cologne cause i get in very very ad mood when i´m sick and not tolerate smells of any kind… so i went to see my girl in the noon and wow… it was as i wearing the whole bottle of TUTH i guess i improve my relationship and pheros help but as i read here 90% of the trick is in ourselves 10% or less on pheros… ---

well my last post do not appers so here we go again last weekend igot the flew… so i do not wear any pheros… cause i was in a really bad mood and cant tolerate any cologne… well… sunday night… my girl starts doing to me thingies… and so we end in a bedroom… so the magic is really but is 90% ourselves 10% pheros ---

Pheros only help ourselves. Anyway, of course you can have sex without them, that’s like always has been 😉 I do not see the relation between having sex one day without them and decide that pheros helps so little. Sometimes pheros are a 90% and sometimes they are a 0% it depends on many things, but let me tell you when I use TUTH and we are alone (we don’t have a house yet) most of times my gf and I have sex and when I don’t wear it maybe it’s 50% of the ocassions. She could be influenced by the remembering of the last phero vibe anyway. But it’s true that 90% is on ourselves but IMO this is when using pheros, that means that only by wearing them you are not going to have an harem, but if you are talkative and play well the game you are much more likely to success than without them, and IMHO this gain is more than a 10% 😉 It’s my theory, though 😃, go on experimenting!
