šŸ™‚ hi everyone! i got my pheros today i got, ammo to go, instant shine to go, instant openness to go, turn up the heat to go. i decided to try ammo first just cuz iā€™ve heard so much about it, although instant shine would probably best for me cuz i find it hard to smile, i need practice lol.. when i got it i think one of the bottles had leaked a little, i think it was intant opennessā€¦or TUTH cuz it was half empty, iā€™m sure if it supposed to be???..šŸ˜• neway i tried out ammo today, 2 sprays one on my neck the other on my wrist and rubbed them into both wrists and both sides of my neckā€¦(and i think i may have had some spilt instant openness on my hands which i washed off with lots of soap)ā€¦ my first impression was that it smelt like urea mixed with deoderant (it smelt half way between pee and sweat) and it gave me a slight headache for the first hour.. maybe cuz it was the first time trying it seemed weird and gave me a headache, but i sort of expected thisā€¦i got used to it after an hour or 2 and i think i acted abit more silly than usualā€¦šŸ˜ƒ i went to the movies with my sister and her friend, i felt a bit more confident but didnā€™t get any DIHL or IOI looks, though there wasnā€™t many girls around to really test it onā€¦ my sisters friend seemed to react O.K. she wasnā€™t extrardinarily nice though, just nice. no one really commented on the smellā€¦šŸ˜• but itā€™s ok its only the first test maybe iā€™ll just use 1 spray next time, it may have been a bit strongā€¦ šŸ†’ ---

after about 2 or 3 weeks iā€™ve tried my pheros in a few different circumstances, the only one iā€™ve seen any results from so far was instant shine, my mate said he couldnā€™t stop smiling when i got in the car lol, and just this week it tried 2 shine and 1 openness at church and people seemed to be giving me more attention. it has small affects on me i feel a little brighter and laugh a little easier. it seems when i ask ppl ā€œdo u like the smeel of the new deo iā€™m testingā€ they say yes and then go quiet for A little while (with shine)šŸ˜• , its bit of a convo killer. i have tried ammo at the shops a few times but have had no luck, maybe cause its usually pretty breezy and cool they dont diffuse as much in my area. maybe cuz im walking around most of the time tooā€¦people at the counter seem nice but i dont get any reaction from people i walk past .ā˜¹ i havenā€™t had a chance to try Turn Up The Heat yet, maybe next time i go to the shops. instant openness i havent tried much either. ā€¦My mate is testing them too atm, he said that when he wore openness to work his boss wouldnā€™t shutup, like telling him his life story. and when he wore TUTH to the shops lots of girls were looking at himā€¦šŸ™„ šŸ™‚ im doing out tonight to church and iā€™ll wear probably 2 instant shine and maybe 2 openness to see if i get the same reactions šŸ˜› , stronger ones or if people look at me strangly šŸ™‚ ---

hmmm, iā€™ve been testing a lot of different combos, do i like have to wear just a single type of phero for a week or something so it gets ā€œinto my systemā€ more for it to work properly?.. cuz people are ok when iā€™m wearing pheros and sometimes im more confident, but i donā€™t really get any special or out of the ordinary reactions from people. if i say wear 1 or 2 ammo on neck and 2 shine on wrists(maybe less), is that to much for an 18 yr old?.. i dont know whether im ODing on one spray or whether its just not having much affect for me.šŸ˜• ā˜¹ ---

Tomo, I see this happening to younger guys like you a lot. Iā€™m bordering on geezership myself so if this comes off as lecture like or talking down I donā€™t mean it that way. Everybody on this board wants everyone who joins to experience all the fun and joy possible. You are young and lack a lot of people skills that you will develop very quickly over the next 2 or 3 or ten years. It doesnā€™t seem very quick if you are looking ahead but when you look back it will seem like lightening. These people skills will help you learn to ā€œwork the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)ā€. I know youā€™ve seen that phrase over and over on this board. Does that mean pheromones are useless to you now? NO. If youā€™ll keep using them and keep interacting with people around you they will accelerate the way you develop those skills. Stick with IO, IH, and Ishine during the day. Donā€™t be afraid to use them liberally you wonā€™t OD on those. 2 - 6 sprays. Use Ammo as your cologne when socializing. Use it modestly - one or two sprays. After awhile if you like add IG to your arsenal. Then later A314. Take any opportunity that comes your way to improve yourself as a social animal. Toastmasterā€™s, an acting class, art or music appreciation, Yoga, pick up ball, a fraternity, PUA, anything that involves a group and is oriented to social improvement. Youā€™ll get it and suddenly youā€™ll realize how far ahead of your peers pheromones have put you and youā€™ll be astonished. Have fun and donā€™t look to pheromones to make you better, get better so you can make good use of your 'mones! Best wishes and keep us informed I love reading these journals. ---

Iā€™m gonna have to completely agree with Renny here. Itā€™s only been 2 years, almost 3 since I was your age, and in that short time I have to admit, I thought I knew everything, then realized I knew nothing, and started learning again. It does really go by like lightning. And Iā€™m not sure about the exact phrase, but Renny also makes a good point about using the pheromones first as a teacher, then as a tool. I guess itā€™s like using anything really, the first couple times you try, you stumble, learn, then you can really use the tool the way you want to. I can think of a few examples, dribbling a basketball, cradling a lacrosse stick, snowboarding, hell basically any activity you need some practice at.. So think of it as, when youā€™re putting on [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), youā€™re practicing being unbearably fun to be around, the first couple times, not too spot on, after? Well, after you get it, itā€™s just party time! šŸ˜ƒ Iā€™ve actually found that after using IS for quite some time, I would remember how I acted and still be able to bring similar enthusiasm with just my behavior, sans pheromones, although not on the same levels as with pheromones. The other mixes might be harder to simply emulate as Instant Shine, but I hope the experience gets through. You might also be surprised at the results the ā€˜day timeā€™ pheromones can get you. I remember one night when I had only IS on, and a girl practically jumped in my lap, told me I was SOO hot, and then jumped into my car for some fun. So just experiment. Above all, related to what Renny ended off with, whatever activity you are pursuing just make sure you are pushing your comfort barriers. When youā€™re slightly uncomfortable or nervous because youā€™re trying something unproven, you are growing. Your database of experiences will be constantly being built upon as you explore unknown situation after unknown situation. Sooner or later, youā€™ll be able to know how to act and react in most given situations. I mostly just wanted to reinforce Rennyā€™s messages as I felt they were very important and significant. ---

Tomos, there is one more important thing to add. Just because you donā€™t SEE things happening because of pheromones doesnā€™t mean they arenā€™t happening. If you use them cosistently at some point in the future some one will say something and youā€™ll have one of those ā€œa haā€ moments. Youā€™ll suddenly realize that they think about you very differently than you thought they did. Again Have fun!!! that is what using pheromones is really all about. ---
