Ok ladies here is one for you. My wife has a problem. She is a 5’2" red head who has trouble with some social settings and I think it is from her alpha signature. In a crowd everyone looks to her to figure out what they should do. She has some good friends but everyone wants her to take the initiative. She is left out of certain social settings do to the fact that she can seem intimidating. In fact the only reason I was fortunate enough to marry her is because all the guys would stare at her but didn’t have the guts to approach her. She played varsity Volleyball Softball and Basketball all 4 years of high school threw her back out and lost her Scholarships to Penn State. National honor society, captain of the ROTC, First Chair Clarinet. She is frustrated because even though she loves hanging out with people and they usually have all have a good time she usually gets look over in the social circles when people are invited to do stuff. Oh and she is not an attention seeker who always has to be at the center of things she just wants to be invited to more things. I think she comes across as independent and I don’t need anything. Really she is just as insecure as any other person and need people to include her. It is just really weird to watch her have such a good time with everyone in a social setting and she always has a crowd of people around her but she never gets invited to just hang out. Now the question. What would yo suggest for her to put on in order to tone down the Alpha signature so she doesn’t have to always be the one in charge and people will think of her as on their level? Imagine always waering a large dose of A314. Anyone else have this problem? How would you counter it? ---

For a mone sig, I would increase the IShine application, closer to 4 to 6 times. For a softer sexy vibe, with a bit more of a ‘beta’ vibe, IS/b. [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) I think, would be a good one as well, a buddy, buddy vibe that she can promote… IShine should also give her a bump in self confidence as well. 1Alpha . ---

The go to for softening for women wearers is TAH. P74 causes bonding and its good stuff and would pair well with TAH but it wont soften that alpha vibe on its own. It probably would make more people pester her for help. With the TAH people will draw to her but not expect her to solves the worlds problems. Do not get her Meo Est. Its Bi polar in a bottle and not the saftest of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) for females to use health wise. Tisha ---

Maybe TAC/TAK? It’s hard for me to extrapolate effects to women. But these tend to mellow people. ---

Interesting, there seems to be a few different ways I can go. Currently I have: IShine, IH, P74, [P130](https://a314.com/product/p130/). I think those are the only ones I have that are gender nutral. Thanks everybody this is all really helpful. I haven’t see much on TAH on the form that might be an interesting buy lateron when I get more money to spend. ---

Ok what is the best stuff for reducing stress in an Alpha female. Either something I wear or she wears. Maybe I could spray it in her hair before she wakes up to give her a relaxing morning. 😃 BTW for those who have not read my other posts. I have been away from my family since the begining of June for training. I may not see them again until the end of october. ☹☹☹☹☹☹☹☹ So my wife doesn’t know I have been using pheromones to try and increase sales. I wanted to make sure it worked before I told her what I was doing and suprise her with the study. But it would be fun to keep the secret a little longer when I get home to test it on her. ---

Maybe people overlook her because they think “Well she’s pretty open/dominant, if she wanted to come out she would just ask/tell us so” I used to have the same issue, and really it is just a problem with being direct, open, honest, and _ **aggressive.** _ I actually dont think she is as insecure as most people; I think she is an alpha female, that wants to be masculine, but a tthe same time be socially appealing. Actually, I think we ALL want that, but She cant sit, and spend all of her life wishing someone would come over and say hi; she needs to live up to her potential, and embrace her nature. Watering her masculinity down is NOT going to help her any. If anything it will cause her to second-guess herself. ---

If you ever read the posts on people who use A314 not realizing what the consequences are they find themselves frustrated that all of a sudden everyone expects them to make the decisions or waiting for them to approach. I don’t consider it a masculine thing to be an alpha. It’s just part of her personality that needs softening. Some of the greatest leaders I now lead by being approachable. She wants what most people on this site, to be able to connect with others.
