hi all.. i just bought a 4xstrength instance shine, a 4xstrenght instance openness,a 2xstrength ammunition, cctm.. i’ve heard about the overdose effetcs and the ineffectiveness of using too much [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/).. what should i do about it since i’m new to this product.. how should i apply them and how much.. i’m a bit concerned since i’ve paid quite a lot for these products. and i don’t want them end up doing nothing for me.. cheers.. ---

Hi Aizatr You should have a good read around the forum. You’ll find plenty of posts and ideas on the correct dosage for different products and age groups. And you’ll probably get told that you have to experiment with different amounts to work out what works best for you 🙂 As a general rule, products like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine are very hard to OD on. Given that you bought 4x strength, though, just start at one spray and see how you go. The OD worries tend to mainly be on Androstenone products, especially for younger blokes. Ammunition does contain that pheromone, so go easy on that one.. At least you didn’t buy 4x strength of that!! ---

thanks for your reply BLADE. i’ve been searching and reading for similar issues quite a lot. but they don’t seem to help me much… i’m just afraid that people would avoid me with all those pheromones on me.. that’s not what i want.. i thought the more you use, the better the result would be.. but it turns out to be completely wrong. if i knew about the OD problem, i would have gone easy by buying the ones with lesser strength.. haven’t tried them yet.. but i’m just a bit concerned since i’ve read quite a number of posts of those who didn’t see any results.. ---

It’s probably not that they didn’t see results, but the fact that they interpreted them wrong, or expected something out of the ordinary. The best way to do it is to test each product starting with one spray and going up from there until you see favorable results. You actually save money by buying higher strength products because you will use them less and they’ll last longer. ---

so, everything is all about trial n error… hmmmmm… i’m thinking of making combo or mixing them up, but i guess maybe i’d better start by testing all of them one by one… can’t wait to see the results..
