# top physical performance/fear of height and A314

a couple of interesting and very important things (for me at least) after couple of weeks using A314:

1. top physical performance - 1x drop behind the ears + 1x under nose - it does multiply self confidence - which is a good thing, but when you need to perform at peak in sport it has a bad side effect as well - because it gives you a feeling that you can do everything easily without working really hard to get it and as a result I was rubbish at tennis tournament this week just because I was too confident that I will have quick wins and I was not able to actually concentrate and make myself work hard to win.  
So no more A314 for me when I competing in sport. But perfect at work or anywhere else when you feel you may use a confidence boost 🙂

2. I’m afraid of height and I never get close to the outside of my 14th floor balcony - but at some stage I found myself comfortably standing right at the edge and looking down to the river and foot path which surprises me a lot - I did repeat experiment couple of times and it works! 1x drop of A314 under the nose and I’m no longer afraid of height - amazing! 🙂

Would be interesting to hear if anyone had similar experience.
