Hello All, THis is not exactly ONLY A314 advice, but I wanted to ask this in here since it is password protected and I feel safer. I am going to court in October for my divorce. It is a custody and property division trial. It will be a trial by jury, only 3 percent of all divorce cases go this way. It is a terrible battle that some of you may have read about on the boards. My question is, I want the jury to be sympathetic to me and like me, as well as the judge, and I would like the ex to be intimidated. I want to be focused and calm. Which pheros would you recommend. Also, I will be deposed the end of next week. It will be an all day ordeal. I want to be focused and on my toes. I don’t want to share anything that I shouldn’t or give them any other information they don’t ask for. I’d like to appear in control and alpha for this, as I will not be seen by anyone who matters. Any suggestions? I hope this doesn’t offend anyone that I posted this here. I have a good many putatives, and I notice alot of posters from this board are well versed! what gender are your attorney, his attorney and the judge? do you have male or female dominated jury? IFM works wonders at calming women and some report having subdued even depressing results with men so if your ex’s attorney is male, IFM may work wonders for you on both fronts there. maybe you could sneak a few full sprays of instant jerk on your ex? haha i know that is underhanded and sneaky but there aint no such thing as an easy divorce. i haven’t read any particulars of your situation, it is an interesting (since i am not involved) topic. ---

Hey therapygirl, I remember reading about your situation awhile back, but hadn’t seen you talk about it recently. Anyway, I’m glad it’s nearing an end and you can more easily start moving on. As to pheros: my thoughts would be MX134, EST, or if you don’t have that P74, TAC, and maybe some Instant Sexiness (a) or TAL. I would avoid [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/), because I don’t think you need to feel or appear too relaxed or comfortable in front of a jury when fighting for your children. I think the judge and jury need to see you as a loving mother who is strong, responsible, a dependable provider and is distraught over having to fight for her children. ---

Good recs guys, keep em coming! Mark, I’m curious about the est rec. And specifically why the p74 and TAC? I love to know the thought process behind the recs! It is nearing the end, but the closer it gets the more real it gets. I am terrified! Both our attys are men. I don’t want to wear anything that will throw my atty off his game. Any other thoughts? I don’t have any recs, as I am completely inexperienced with these types of situations. I will, however, suggest that you try higher than expected doses around your attorney, to see what his reactions are. Then you can be more effective, knowing how your attorney will react. You can also consider pheroequipping your attorney, either directly or indirectly, for better rapport with the jury. Also, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), as well as some others, is a double-edged sword at times. You may want to keep a close eye on your behavior (IE Not revealing too much..) I’m sorry about the custody battle, mostly the kid(s)… ---

If you have a courtroom full of men wanting to protect and watch out for you that’s gotta be a good thing, right? I suggested [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) because the women, specifiaclly Taisha and Jasmin, say it has qualities closely resembling EST, while men say it imparts a cool guy image. I figure either way that’s got to be a good projection when you’re fighting for your future. I made the TAC recommendation kind of off the fly, because I honestly can’t say that I have a solid grasp on TAC, but from the little testing I’ve done with it I feel that it seems to have a calming, nothing really matters, chill type effect on others, but did not effect me that way. Others have reported that it imparts a trusting effect. I figure either scenario in a courtroom would be to your benefit. If you can get a jury feeling that the opposing counsel doesn’t feel the situation is of much importance, that’s gotta be to your benefit, and if you get the trust factor that some others have reported, again got to be good. Hope I’ve been at least a little helpful. ---

I am a lawyer and have been experimenting with A314 and IS, so far to gain a professional advantage. I am waiting for my order of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) since I can see that it could be useful to get witnesses to answer my questions more truthfully. I am new at using pheros so I can’t offer advice on the best combinations, but I would really appreciate hearing about how things went in court after your deposition and your trial. Depositions next friday. everyone who has read the outline of my attorneys depo questions are concerned he will try to harm me afterward. Once again I was followed this week. If I get back half of the money he spends on these keystone cops stalking me I could put all 4 kids through college.The stress is UNBELIEVABLE. ---

I’m curious - your attorney is deposing you, acting against your interests and stalking you? Have you terminated him? I hope he isn’t still acting for you. Or do you mean that your husband’s lawyer is acting this way. Either way, if his behavior is unethical you should contact your state’s Bar Association. Best of luck with the depositions. ---
