ive been reading entries posted here a lot over the last couple of days and from what i can tell the questions the prospect of pheromonal manipulation opens and engages are as complex as they are endlessly ponderable. where for instance might the thread of physical causes stretching all the way from say, tacitus’ leather jacket to the brains of his conquests get lost along the way in the murk of subjective impressions, not to say talismanic faith? because of course this is no double placebo controlled science. not yet anyway. someone, it may have been catlord, attempts to assign, a % value to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) vis-a-vis game/behavior, rather gamely i might add. but this can be only be the vaguest conjecture; and it conceals a myriad of uninterrogated assumptions about the relationships between chemicals, brains, personalities, and perhaps most ineffably, language. i don’t intend any of this as criticism; i appreciate the many nuanced reports and sometimes bald claims made here in the spirit they are offered. your meditations on the liminal question of pheromonal agency are indeed pioneering and invaluable and i don’t suppose i’ll have much to offer the discussion till ive experimented some myself; only i can’t help but think that if the range and articulation of the chems being manipulated here, if their characters and potency are even half that represented in the posts of some, then research has closed in on superstition and science _is_ witchcraft. dab on this potion, nebulize that philtre and walk in a halo of blessedness or raw magnetism or both and much else besides-i mean, that’s the stuff of fairy tales. right?

W007! That’s some language styling!

At this moment, based only on one night of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) experimenting, my working hypothesis is that the consequences of self-effect are 80% of the pheromonal “impetus”.

Like psychedelic drugs, (expectation) set and setting had a lot to do with the quality of the experience. I’m guessing (my hypothesis) that if you deliberately make an effort to **not** respond to the pheros, then you blunt the vast majority of the total effect on the social setting. I could be wrong.

Remember that television and webcams are fairy tales that operate on the FM principle (F\*\*\*ing Magic) for some people TODAY.

Like Lucy, we still “have some ‘splainin’ to do” on the who, what, when, where, how, and why.

Hey. You know how you may have heard that pheremones do say a certain percentage and the rest you have to bring to the table with your personality and initiative? Well perhaps pheremones also have a self-induced feeling that it gives.. and automatically that changes your body language and attitude and just the way you walk through the world… and so coming from there, you will indeed be able to bring something to the table and attract people.

Best thing I have to tell you in this situation is spend some money for the price of what a decent meal costs ($20-50 is decent) with some of the sample “to-go” bottles (see if they have A314 as a sample) and form your own opinion here. All you can ever get on this forum is enough opinion to “influence” your own opinion.. in the end.. you have to throw yourself in the pot and learn the real way.

Androtics offers a money back garauntee.. so you can only look to gain insight and perhaps a product that you may come to like. If you read across the boards, they are attentive to the customers.. so you make your own decision =)

I’m a doctor mate, and a bloody logical, cynical one to boot. You better believe I want something to sing and dance its way through an entire opera, before I am convinced of its efficacy.

The bottom line is, it did, and it continues to do so, and there is absolutely no shadow of a doubt in my mind that pheromones are far more than only the mere fabric of fairy tales. Get some good, quality products do some REAL testing yourself, and then come back and report.

Okay, so you’re not being negative per-se, but not giving something a try before shooting? That’s plain daftness.

Ail 🙂

i’m going to give it try alright, pink witch. there’s a big package with an assortment of things en route. the question i’m asking is a philosophical one; namely, is it possible that a thing of fables has crossed a threshold, becoming tangible, demonstrable? if so, what does this convergence of the physical upon the fantastic say about the world as a phenomenon, one divided for much of the last hundred years–perhaps naively–into a realm of faith, superstition, delusion on the one hand, and scientistic determinism on the other. i guess i was just wondering whether pheromonal experimentation of the kind being reported here doesn’t represent the collapse of this distinction, a dreams made flesh transmutation for which the only metaphors we own are those of the alchemists and mythographers.

If catlord’s SD-12 gives consistent results, I’d like to see it sold under the label “Trance of the Phantom.” 😛

Heh heh heh. It just begs to be used as a label for a seduction mix. Although I suppose it would work for A314. 🙄

Cheers,

🆒 Quicksilver
