Been struggling for awhile to get onto starting a journal, but unfortunately I have the memory of a fish. This is going to have to be a work in progress to remember to write down what I see. But to start out I think I’ll go off of my biggest hits to date from what I can remember and hopefully it’ll be a start to a great journal ☺ **TUTH** –No $#!T, got me more action than I definately deserved during my first years having sex. I always thought it was just me but believe me I had no game back then. **A314** –I greatly believe this is Responsible for 3 promotions, 7 raises and seriously aided in 2 cougar experiences since I first ordered in 2009. **A314 Spray** –This is interesting to keep in mind. My own experience was that the spray doesnt last as long as the oil, but the effects, however short lived, are much stronger. **Instant Shine** –You need to use this one to believe it. If you have a bottle, still question it and have a little time to waste spray 5-6 sprays to your neck/chest (beware after the intense feeling you may be drowsy or get a slight headache) proof is what you’ll get. **[Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)**–Typically I’ll get to hear what my coworkers really think of me, not recommended. Best moment came when I was 20. Had been seeing this girl whom I had, up to that point, pegged as reserved and religiously prude. IH+TUTH+…Spaceland…☹…and I found out what was on her mind was getting me out of my pants. **P74** –Best effects I have gotten from this guy is an intensifying of other mones I had on. More respect(a314), ALOT more talking(IO), quicker action from TUTH. Currently being tested intensely and needing reports(From time to time I’ll need a Kick in the A to remember): P83 P91 P96 P102 TAA TAC Also Have some loose: A-NOL B-NOL A-RONE A-1 Oxytocin(not sure whether it was worth buying but figured why not see) ---

Okay, so had an…experience last night with TAC. First I’ll describe my self effects. Keep in mind I purposely dosed high for Schnitz n giggle ☺ 4 sprays to neck/chest (20 mcg) Within 15 minutes an intense Slowing down effect followed immediately by what I can only describe as a euphoric/zen like state ( I understand why this is recommended for yoga/meditating) which lasted for about a half hour-1 hr. This One is a review I did in one of my crappier, old boring threads Ok an update On my [p91](https://pheromonelabs.com/) testing. I posted in another thread that it seemed to make people want to be around you but in an awkward way, not knowing what to say or why theyre so close. Well I’ve continued the single testing and have noticed (while shopping, around friends etc) definite shadowing happening consistently. I’ll be walking and suddenly someone completely alters their path and stay around me. Ive purposely gone different/odd routes just to see. On one occasion I was with a group of friends out watching a hockey game at a bar. I walked up to get a couple pitchers and food and went to the area we were sitting. Unbeknownst to meI had attracted a gorgeous ‘stalker’. I tend to be minorly oblivious, so it took my cousin(girl) to ask who my new friend was, which completely threw me for a second. She then introduced herself and stayed with us for the night at the bar (said she was there with her brother and his friends) Basically attached to my hip the whole night. **[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (2-4 sprays normally)** This has been an incredible phero so far. I have noticed immediate effects on both myself and those around me. It seems to encourage chatter, make a more light feeling to attitudes. Coupled with the A314, I’ve noticed people going out of their way to do things (store clerks walking my bags personally to my cart where that is not normal; Coworkers helping or flat out doing my tasks with a smile) Overall great **Ammo (regular strength 30 ml bottle)** Ive been a fan of this one for awhile but just recently began mixing out of curiosity. When mixed 2 sprays(given time for scent to die) with A314B(1 spray) (at work) I see immediately that my coworkers seem to resign themselves to my word. This is odd because not only am I the least experienced, but there is usually an air about my workplace of a power struggle. What this makes me think is the men I work with may all want to be alpha but don’t actually have that type personality, which is why they tend to take a backseat when I used this(normally Im alpha personality but quietly. Meaning I am reserved but ultimately am a ?take charge? guy)I don’t use it often but the 2 times I did have seemed to made lasting affects which are great for me. When (2 sprays) mixed with mx297 (1 spray) I have noticed girls having multiple reactions. (1) 2 separate occassions I Watched as girls, who I knew to be very dominating and dismissive of my laidback personality(prefer macho jersey shore types), took an odd interest in me. At first all I noticed were the cues like eye contact, sly smile and the blatant sexual overtone to conversations. What I noticed when paying more attention was one constantly playing with her hair and pretty much looking me up and down when she thought I was looking elsewhere. (2)Girls I know to be shy. This one is interesting in a way. To this point, its been a mixed bag. 2 big reactions have been that they seem very eager to openly talk, about anything. Whats confusing is throughout the conversations with one such girl she would randomly start looking away awkwardly and blushing. This could either be good or bad. From what I can see maybe they are thinking something which makes them blush or it could be that, by openly chatting and staring and such, they are completely being different from usual and it makes them uncomfortable. In any case I will get to the bottom of this one with more time. ---

Just received Chem set from LS today. So that puts my ingredient inventory to: ANol–6mg Bnol-1.5 mg ARone-6 mg None-5mg Oxytocin-1 mg (completely given up on its [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) quality, good self effects from skin absorption though) A1-6 mg PEA-Basically limitless Melatonin-Same (had great success with this one) many others… Unfortunately, last night I decided to suspend my individual concentrate testing. I was having success but it was hit-n-miss. So I want to give myself time to completely grasp mixology before I dive back in. Subsequently I am back full time to testing/refining results from the goodies from this fine place ☺ which include TUTH-1x TAA-7.5 mcg/spray TAC- 5 mcg/spray P83- 7.5 mcg/spray P91- 5 mcg/spray P96- 7.5 mcg/spray P102- 5 mcg/spray My own mutant AMMO-15mL of 1x, 1 ml ANol(100mcg), 2 mL BNol(200mcg)Great results Can I get some individual success stories from my AD molecules? Mainly not what to look for but what dosages worked great, worked okay and what to avoid? ☺ ---

Okay so first solo testing with [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/). Kind of (I wear 1 drop a314 veveryday) Dose–22.5 mcg Went to run errands (stores) Effects–Didn’t notice too much with this one alone. The only time I noticed something was when I went to cashout at the supermarket. I went over to the self checkout, the register next to me currently occupied by 2 chatty girls(with eachother) in their 20’s id say. Well when I walked over, at first, they got a little quiet and started to whisper. Not thinking anything of it I started cashing out and being my oblivious self didn’t notice the one inching closer and closer, until I went to pick up an item and bumped right into her. Like she ended up basically on top of me (this was over the course of the order, not just like she quickly slid right over) But, being raised how I was, I immediately turned, smiled and said sorry. To which she replied “it’s okay. I think I made you do it with my mind anyway” and smiled. Her friend was also smiling but I think more over the situation than attraction. This was the first time in awhile that Ive seen such a blatant hit. Self Effects–Even with just one drop of a314 I always seem to get a bit of aggression, inner aggression though, like working with someone you don’t get along with. With the P83 though, I didn’t feel that at all. What I felt was all the positive confidence/cockiness and swagger but without the jaw clenching feeling. I also had more of a’whatever’ type attitude. After about 2 hours I did notice a feeling that can is hard to describe accurately. When moving around it is an almost dreamlike state, unreal kind of feeling. When stationary(sitting) I felt zoned and almost tired feeling. This is a huge thing to notice bc for a week or so I had used different mixes and had always attributed this feeling to TAC, but I now am certain it was from the higher dose P83. This will be used again later tonight (without the a314). I’ll be heading out to a friends house for a ‘Harry Potter Party’. I know, dorky right? Well I think that’s why this group of my friends are incredible and irreplaceable ☺ But this will be a complete standalone test, so I can’t wait ---

Okidoki, so from the solo testing the other night. This particular group of friends never really have a problem chatting and, even when im not wearing a314, I have always been the default leader. So throughout the night I steered activities from beer pong to apples to apples(Potter version of course) to just sitting around watching movies and catching up. Everyone was very comfortable from the start but this is not unusual for us. What stuck out to me was how, through every activity, the group kept condensing the circle. To the point where instead of playing all around the table we were clustered and using one corner of it. Also, I noticed a more relaxation of tongues. People seemed to be comfortable saying whatever without hesitation. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this molecule for close friend/perhaps family get togethers. Warm, inviting and definitely social. ---

Okay so a little update on my testing in regards to this summer. My situation in life has me a 25 yr old professional. Within 2 yrs at a startup renovation/restoration company I went from low man to #2 and in charge of men bigger/stronger/and most notably older than me. This has been done because of A314. I give 100% credit to it. Not only did it give me an edge with respect and trust, but the self confidence it gives to me as a user was enough to get me through any issue and show my intelligence and dominance. Why I say this is bc being a professional matured me enough to see when my family needed me more than ever. 1 yr ago next month, I took full custody and responsibility of my 2 nephews. They go between my house and my mothers for the most part due to my work. But financially I am responsible. This is in large part due to immaturity of their mother(older than me) but that’s just a long story. How this effects me in relation to AD right now is that they are 12 and 10. The realization occurred that this is the first of many summers that will be very important for me to guide them and so I decided to go full tilt taking them anywhere and everywhere in the immediate area, bc they’ve been through too much and need to enjoy being kids again. What this means is my disposable income for the most part is now earmarked. So my testing for the summer will consist of products I currently have and really no more. AD and these products have changed my life and I hold them high on my list, but family, as we all know, always comes first. I will most likely sneak a togo here or there but I have to imagine my testing wont be getting much farther than what I already have. Just wanted to write this so people didn’t think I was just another flakey guy posting a little and then going away. BTW, my TAC testing has been incredible. 30 mcg(4 sprays) and I go zoned. Its like youll get fixated on something (listening to the radio, watching something, eating) and suddenly it an hour later. The entire time feeling like your disattached from yourself. Freaking odd feeling ---

Product test at local grocery store Used: 2 sprays **p102** (10mcg) to chest Decided I needed to go to the store and figured why not try this one out more Before I left, I took my pup out for a walk. It was going on 10pm so Everything was nice and content. Had read reports that this had something to do with hearing but didn’t know what to actually expect. Well, after 20 min walking I noticed I could hear the pads of my dogs paws clattering. Like an annoyingly loud clattering. This made me think the reports were actually true or I was just reaching. Anyway, we get back and I get in the car to go to the store, spraying 5mcg more. On the way, I have the radio low listening to the hockey game and noticed I was hearing less of the game and more of my tires on the pavement. weird. When in the store, suddenly I was bombarded with the sound of cooler motors. This sound, which was almost completely unavoidable as the cooler go around the border of the store, overpowered everything. It made my trip much shorter than normal. At home, I sat to watch tv, but again found myself focused on the smaller noises like the fan on my computer. 2 rooms away. Self effects: I can see where the report previously came from. But from my experience it doesn’t just amplify sound. It’s like it amplifies but your mind focuses on everything you normally wouldn’t (fan instead of tv, tired over radio etc) It is quite trippy though but very overpowering. Effects on others:Sadly, at this point I noticed nothing from the people around me. I even suffered through the coolers longer just to see. Will need more testing ---

Well I just had a SUPER (sarcasm) month away for work…on a lake (nice)…no power, internet, cell signal (BOOO). Needless to say my journal kinda went to $#!! along with many other things. But now that Im back I have some time in civilization to get back to testing and reporting 🙂 Looking forward to new adventures and just about to put in an Re-order for IS, IG, [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) (It is summer, Duh). DAMN DAMN DAMN!!! Had a very interesting night last night. Driving from the store back home like normal and randomly get pulled over by the gestapo. Background-the county I live in has adopted this nickname for the towns police for which I live, they are the stereotypical power mad police. They are known for pulling people over without reason, completely stripping their car apart and then just leaving. How they get away with it is simple, they say theyre searching and if you say no (your right) they charge you with disorderly conduct and take you in. Impound your car and just search it when they do ‘inventory’ of it. DISCLAIMER: I went to college and have a bachelors degree in criminal Justice. Upon graduation I realized police forces around my area were getting like this again and decided I couldn’t get myself involved in that. I have allthe respect in the world for LE, whether you admit it or not they lay their life on the line daily. Well, I was targeted simply because I was the only car around. What is aweful is what happened. I was piulled and asked for them to search, to which I said to myself ‘fu## it, I have nothing to hide’ At least I thought I didn’t… After about 2 mins they emerge from my car with none other than my bottle of A314. procede to accuse me of drug use and even after I say the bottle clearly describes its contents, they proceed to slowly dump the whold bottle, using it with the drug testing kit. After 30 min and no positive results, they give me the mostly empty bottle and my paperwork and tell me to move along. What makes this a serious nutpunch is just hours earlier I had placed an order worth around the cost of a new bottle. Needless to say this is not going to be a good next couple of months 😕 ---

Its not too awful. For the most part Id have to say NY has a very reliable well trained force, but some jurisdictions in the Western NY area are more interested in income(tickets, taxes etc) and power than protection. That is where my problem lies. To serve and Protect does not mean To Fine and Harrass ---

BOOBED!!! Wearing: 1 spray TUTH 1 spray [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 1x 25 mcg p83 1 spray IG 1x So, I decided to get to Macy’s to do some wardrobe updating yesterday. Upon arrival I noticed it was quite dead inside which is very rare but nice. Made my way to the ck wear and started perusing. After about 5 min or so a cute little sales girl comes over to reshelf items. Now this is where I noticed the most blatant hit I’ve received in a long time. She finished putting the cloths back, and started walking back to the desk. In the process walking right behind me, at which point she stopped dead in her tracks. After a few seconds I kinda glance over and she turns her head away(body still fully facing me). And almost suddenly starts looking through a wall rack as if she had been looking for something all along, grabs a sweater and walks to another rack. I immediately notice but decide to assume she was just doing her job. That’s when It got blatant. She stands at the other rack for awhile seemingly looking at nothing as I make my way down the wall. Then, as I get to where the sweater was, she turns and comes over. Deciding this was apparently not the sweater she needed 🙂 she puts it back. However I, being in front of the rack, was immediately and obviously boobed, followed by one of the dirtiest(good way) looks I had seen since college. At this point I decide F$$$ it, I’ll bite. Asking her what she thought of the cloths I had picked out, I was bombarded with compliments like “I’ll try to criticize, but anything will look good” and the cryptic “maybe we should find something that covers less”. At checkout, I received a nice 50% discount and a phone number on my receipt 🙂 Its been quite awhile since Ive gotten such obvious results, but am absolutely fascinated and re-energized in my testing. ---

Officially schooled myself in regards to my negative views on microdosing. Like most, Ive always convinced myself that a minimum dose is 1 spray of something and you go from there. Well, I have been passively addicted to IS for some time now. For some time, I found 2-4 sprays of 1x worked well for me so I decided to get 2x. Using 2x at 1 spray was getting results/effects but not crazy. Upon using more I noticed less results. So I decided to dilute. In a to-go I mixed 3:1 PA:IS(2x). 1 spray of this and I had the immediate self effects I remember from first trying IS. This completely changes my view of mones and now I have a lot of diluting with a lot of stock 🙂 ---

I’ve been pondering this myself, after reading the recipes of so many younger (than me) men that added up to 5, 7 or more sprays, when I find that 2 sprays of a singlt phero or 1+1 of two pheros is usually enough. In recent weeks, I’ve tried some more complex mixes (totaling maybe 4 sprays) but my results weren’t correspondingly stronger, just noticeably _different_ (with a small but distinctive fraction of negative effects, especially on men) I attribute this to my natural pheromone signature, which I’ve long had reason (back to junior high) to believe may be stronger or at least more distinctive than usual. I’m 52, an age where I’d expect that effect to substantially diminish, but it pretty clearly hasn’t vanished entirely. I have begun to wonder if some of us aren’t wearing more than ideal for us. Do we want to come across as a man or a platoon? Is a girl surrounded by men on a given night necessarily much more turned on – or simply flattered? I think a girl getting the right attention from the right man is more turned on. Food is a good metaphor. It’s well known that taste is closely allied with smell, and while the phero-sense is not strictly smell, all three are chemosensory. We all know that food without salt can be bland and often unappealing. Too much salt can be initially exciting _or_ annoying–but is ultimately distasteful. The envelope of exposure (slowly increasing vs high initial dose) may mean more than net exposure. Often subtle flavors and ratios can be critical. Those of us who cook know how a missing ingredient or step can lead to a disappointing dish, even if we can’t identify the problem directly by sensation, but only later by hindsight or experiment. Stepping away from metaphor, and into empirical experience, I’ve found this week that some of my mixes work better if diluted to half-strength with the aftershave version of my cologne in a To-Go bottle. A To-Go dispenses a certain volume, so this is an easy way to cut the “dose”. I haven’t had time to experiment with dilutions beyond 50%, but I wouldn’t consider 50% a “microdose”. I’d say mix dilution simply compensates for the greater total dose of applying different full strength sprays. One spray of diluted Mix X may be similar in total phero effect to one spray of a commericial mix, but more effectively targeted for a given person. One spray of each constituent of Mix X may be too much total phero – doubly so for more sophisticated mixes, where ratios matter (2x A; 1x B; 3x C, split between neck and wrist; etc.) ---

Another successful micro-experiment. Wearing: 1 spray [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 1x 1.25 mcg P83 Setting:Supermarket So not much to mention in the way of necessarily hits. What I notice is interesting though. Normally with summer ammo I see interest in the way of double take (especially when someone walks by and gets a good whiff) but inevitably there is a buffer effect. Meaning there is almost like a 1 ft force field that people wont invade. While the low dose P83 didn’t drastically change this I did notice decreased distance on 4 separate occasions. and sustained at that. To sum up, if you need a little push towards decreased personal space low dose P83 may be a solution. Ill be continuing the experiment all we (Summer Ammo+P83) and slowly increase dose . Also have ready P96, TAA(.5x), P100 at lower doses that will be tested as well. ---

Went to friends house last night 1 spray [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 1x 1 spray-1.25 mcg P83 to each wrist Not too much out of the ordinary. A lot of flirting but this tends to be the norm with this group of friends. No noticeable None-like space with anyone.
