Good question! With any [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) usage you should be striving to better yourself anyways. With A314 in particular, I have found that the effects stick with me even if I am not using it. I made a post about that a few months back, because it suprised me. When you act a certain way for so long I think it “trains” your brain to act a certain way. People still respond to your actions, pheros or not.
