No, though I’m wondering, why they have these annoying sirens in areas that are not in the evacuation maps (the phone book ones) such as here, which is definitely higher ground? Our sirens are going off exactly on the hour, so the next one will be at 1:00 am,… ---

The reporter said he was 300 ft above sea level so he was fine and your higher then that so you should be ok to. But I would still try to check because I dont know shit about Tsunamis Tisha ---

It’s probably more accurate than CNN, etc, since its here, and first hand. I really want to go to sleep, but the damn sirens will go off again in 6 minutes…and they last pretty long each time… ---

Strangely enough the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center is on Fort Weaver road. Not far from the beach.😮 ODG ---

Looks like you can put your address in here and find out if your in the zone. [Hawaii State Civil Defense](http://www.scd.hawaii.gov/) I think its the same as the front of your phone book though. I am switching back and forth between them but now I am watching the one you listed. I know the sirens can be annoying but thank goodness you have them. It happened so fast in Japan they couldnt set there’s off. Hawaii looks really prepared. Tisha ---

KHNL just reported that Midway Island just got washed over by a 4ft wave. ODG Correction: Its a 53cm rise then a 4ft drop in sea level. Its coming. ---

Yes, it is good they have the sirens even here, as Onedzguy said, hurricanes can hit anywhere, so maybe they’d be good for that too. (((((Yawn))))) I know the second I close my eyes the sirens will go off again, I bet no-one’s getting any sleep in this state, they’re really, really loud… ---
