# Turn Up The Heat... faded effect?

Going out tomorow with my ex at 11am, 8 hours from now…

Should I shower right now, spray some Turn Up The Heat (maybe 2-3 sprays, to go bottles size) around my body… that way it will fade slightly in time for the morning, and still have somewhat of an effect, but not too much… or is that pointless?

Well, just got out of the shower and sprayed a few sprays of TUTH on me, now im just gonna let it melt away and hopefully get a righteous TUTH vibe in a few hours, then I will sprits on some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), Shine and Openness

Turn Up The Heat consists mainly of androstenone. From what I’ve read here, it stays on you a lot longer than any other [pheromone](https://a314.com/). That means that after 8 hours everything else will be gone excpet for -none.

I would apply Shine and Openness without ammo before you leave. That’s my opinion. You should wait for someone more experienced to speak, though.

Eh, I think you should’ve applied it the other way. ammo, shine, & openness before tuth. Spray tuth when it’s ready to 😃.
