# turn up the Heat.  Just for men to use?

Never heard a women use Turn up the Heat..I would check out Instant Sexiness which has molecules designed for women to attract men. There are two versions, A and B, both worth looking into.  
And if you are looking for a gift certificate you should include more info about yourself, what your personality is like, what else you are looking to gain from [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), etc.

Okay, I’ll check that out. Obviously it helps to know a little bit about the consumer in order to find a good product. I would say that I am a rather timid person. I use humor in most all situations. I find myself being more goofy than sexy in the heat of the moment. I want to exude confidence and feel irresistible.
