I just received my order, the smell is interesting, don’t know if I like it or not. I’m a newbie, so maybe I’m just not used to pheromones (I also ordered Ammo & Instant Shine to go sizes). Just wanted to know, does anyone mix or spray any non-[pheromone colognes](https://a314.com/shop/) on top of TUTH ? If so, which ones ? I’m hoping things like Aqua Di Gio or Le Male can be used with TUTH without smelling awful. Thanks in advance for any replies.🙂

I don’t have any experience with TUTH, but I can offer you this: Spray it on, and **let it dry down for 15-20 minutes** before you apply your cover fragrance.

Letting it dry reduces the chances that you’ll get some kind of weird, skanky interference from your cover cologne.

I have used some ridiculously pungent [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) like Essence of Woman (yuuuck, thanks a lot, love-scent) and letting it dry down is the key to covering it successfully.

Hope that helps! Let us know how your experiements with covering go.

I try to use the french colognes. I heard from a friend that they tend to be higher in fragrance than alcohol.

I almost always try to use a cover fragrance, even with some of the fragranced products. TUTH has a few added essential oils that give it a light fragrance. Blends nicely with the cologne I use though (360 Red). Some colognes blend better with the inherent smell of pheromones better than others.

About the only way to tell is to try it. Some mix well, others don’t. I personally rarely use a cover scent, but most of the pheromones I use don’t really “stink” IMO. Androstenone may be an exception to that but I really don’t use much, and if I do it’s in something like Ammunition or in conjunction with something smellier (?) like a314.

When in doubt, cover it. Most women are extremely senstive to the reak of androstenone (cat piss scent) and, to a lesser extent, androsterone (armpit).

Personally I wish the all [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) were available in unscented versions. I really prefer my own colognes and, worse yet, certain EOs (as well as some soaps and colognes) give me a skin rash. Unfortunately the EOs in used in A314 give a rash within a hour of application. Luckily I only need a few drops…

If that is your first time with TUTH, I’d say you have to bite the bullet and try it first without a cover cologne.

Keep in mind that it is for others, not you. TUTH scent is attractive to more than few females. Some may lean towards you to get more of that scent.

Then afterwards you can experiment with colognes, which will be a plus or minus from the base.

Just choose the suitable venue. Not at work, rather at after-work drinks, bars, etc.

Try 1 spray to neck or wrists for a couple of days, then 2 for few more. Pay attention to who may lean towards you, give you a curious look, things like that.
