OK… both TUTH and Ammo contain androstenone, although it is buffered in Ammo, so you might find it a little redundant to get an extra androstenone product. Although you are 29 and could get away with TUTH probably… but IFM is largely A1 which does not feature in Ammo or A314, it is an entirely new molecule to have at your disposal. A1 is like catnip for many women, although it is not directly sexual like androstenone - it will just make them feel really happy and can actually help a girl out who has PMT for example. So for maximum phero-diversity IMHO get the IFM: you probably have enough of a “sexual” element with the Ammo.
Oh and you have to watch out for a possible IFM/A1 side effect - it can make some men feel down when they are wearing it for some reason. It doesn’t do this to me and it might not to you - but many men wear it to the back of the neck, hair or something where they can’t get affected by it themselves.
