Hi guys, I am brand new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and this is my first post here. I have been doing some reading and I appreciate the openness with which people share information here. I was reading some posts and some way or another came around to a product called turn up the heat. I went to the online store and read the description of the product. there was a warning that said not to use it around children. I have a few questions about this.

1. When you say dont use it around children, is it talking about in the same general vicinity or none near you at all. (ie. using it in a separate room vs. no children present at all). Is there a specific range someone should use this product in?

2. How long does the effect of turn up the heat last? If it is not safe for children, I would like to know when I can feel safe to be around children again.

3. If you are finished using the spray…is there anyway to remove the spray such as taking a bath etc. so that there will not be any harmful effects?

thanks everyone and take care.

Turn up the heat is generaly used in places where children wouldn’t be present to begin with, but if they were to be present I make sure that you didn’t wear it or know that the kids won’t be in the diffusion range.

The androstenone in TUTH can last for a very long time. It is best to use it at night when the little tikes will be asleep. 6-12 hours you will be fine.

Bathing works for the most part. It removes a large quantity of the -none, but there will still be residue as it soaks into your skin. Get some Nioxin shampoo for your hair. That gets pheromones out if you apply them to your hair, and I speculate skin because it detixifies your scalp so you could use it for soap.

TUTH is not hazardous to children in a traditional view of hazardous. Lets put it this way. You wouldn’t want to get your girlfirends 13 year old daughter turned on. Young children can still have sexual urges. It is important to remeber that when using [sexual pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/).

-none can also cause agression in men, so you wouldn’t want her son to hate you and try to beat you up.

children are sensative to many things, so you don’t want to expose them to such strong signals. It’s just responsible.

You aren’t going to hurt them, or make them sick, but you can cause some serious emotional changes.

Good job Toil.

I read in a post somewhere that wearing -none based product’s around children can get you bad results with their family. It puts off a STRONG sexual vibe and someone might look at you talking to a child as this guy is blatantly trying to seduce a child.

Can you say beat down? Not the product to wear around kiddies.

i disagree that this is the reason why .

androstenone sensitivity is awful..

in small amounts people get their groove on.
in large amounts, a child can flip out, not knowing why they are edgy-angry- wanting to cry _and not knowing why_.

your offering a child an anxiety attack.

im not debating 'nones usage all together.

got to love something your body makes anyway!
BUT-
no one’s body makes it in the amount your wearing when you TUTH.

i have kids in my house.
i dont use TUTH,even though i have it.
TUTH is _great_.
\*but there \*_is residual. it hangs out_.

when using, id shower well afterwards (using Toils advice) and remember its in your clothes and on your sheets.
wash them 😛

Hmm, I wear androstenone daily around people of all ages, including young children. I’ve had zero problems all these years. Realize that humans naturally produce pheromones so, unless you’re wearing OD levels, there is nothing to worry about. As for a sexual vibe, that is a result of your persona and actions, not the pheromone. The androstenone merely enhances you or amps you up. Luckily, humans aren’t the same as insects or rats. Our brains need the appropriate situation to jive with the pheromone before your secondary systems spring into action. For example, sprinkle androstenone on a deadman at a funeral and nobody–women or children–will get horny.

i just want to add that i am not posting theoretically.
im posting from experience.

i dont believe that someone who is a naturally high producer of 'none is turning children on or comming across as sexual.

i know others may have different experiences.
peace.

Next funeral, dude…Or maybe we shall go to the([Body farm - Wikipedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_Farm)) and gauge the effects of the living around [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)-sprinkled cadavers.

BACK ON TOPIC:

Lor is spot on about the effects of none around children.

Some kids have heightened pheromone awareness, just because they’re already so perceptive to social change, and don’t have a vast repertoire of social filters in place that keep them from expressing themselves.

wow!! thanks for the responses guys. I read that turn up the heat is extremely potent and so I should use it sparingly. I was also thinking of combining it with instant shine or A314 so that I don’t piss anyone off. From the limited reading that I have been doing (and on the store’s website), they have a few combinations that they recommended.

My main worry now is the residual. The washing tip helps very much but putting the clothes in the hamper will still release the pheromone from what you guys are telling me. As I see it there are 2 options for this then:

1. I use it in an area where I know that no children will be for a day or so

2. Find another potent/semi-potent pheromone that I can use. Can you guys give me recommandations on these?

thanks.

I’m still of the opinion that androstenone creates an air of aggression/dominance, not really “sex.”

Children may react to that feeling of “aggression” by feeling fearful, not “sexual.”

Mature men may react to the “aggressive” quality by being aggressive themselves (eg “butting heads” reaction).

Mature women may react by becoming more submissive (as a defense mechanism). The “sexual responses” reported from -none may only occur at certain times (it’s been reported as happening when ovulation occurs).

My opinion. Notice I said “may” not “do.”

I guess I’m swimming against the current here, but I can only relate my own experiences with androstenone, and I suspect each individual is different. Sheesh, I’ve even held my sister’s children and babysat for hours without even a flinch or sign of negative reaction. However I didn’t mist or [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) in the air as they were already applied to my body an hour or two before.

I realize many of you credit pheromones with impressive powers. Personally I find reactions to pheromones to be largely subtle and easily controlled with some skill and practice. In other words, reactions are 90% me and 10% pheromones. I control reactions with my behavior, including facial expressions, body language, words, actions and general projected attitude. For example, I can be a meek wall flower with OD levels of androstenone or scare the crap outta folks with a little skillful acting. This pheromone seems to enhance what I project into it. Of course, I’ve got excellent stage skills and can make like buddah and fade into the wall in a heartbeat (good at poker face). Of course that 10% of enhancement is all the edge I need and I use it to great advantage when the moment arises. I have never–not once–worn androstenone and experienced a trail of aggression, fear or uncontrolled hornytoads unless I directed my energy into those things.

I will say one more thing about young children. They really like me with or without pheromone enhancement. I’m not sure why. Sheesh, even little kids in elevators can’t stop staring and smiling at me, much to the embarrassment of their mothers. Perhaps some combination of my natural phero signature and persona attracts them and negates my NPA. I haven’t a clue.

Jas, is the warning specifically for [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/), or would Ammo fall into that cautionary area as well?

Thalion,
i have used both around the children, with very specific reactions.

i cannot repeat enough that people without kids in their home may not know the extent to which androstenone works.

Ammo was not an issue.
i believe the reason was that because its a cologne as well, you are less likely to OD. the smell would be too strong. plus its dosed.
i dont wear it often enough for a build-up to occur. if i wore it more often than not, i would likely wash the sheets more often. _no biggie_.

TUTH on the other hand, great product, but until you know where you stand with it, _your likely to use alot_.
i got the 5.0 version.
_holy sheet_.
too hot for me,lol.

pheromones work so slickly, so discreetly and _SUBTLY,_ that its sooo easy to say they arent doing much…until you analyze it a day later.

Ilsa just posted about her mega b-nol experience.
excellent post BTW. _says the same thing_.

Thanks a lot, Lor.

I’ve been using Ammo around my son on occasion but not too often. [Turn Up the Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) I will save for special occasions.

I’d rep point both you and Jas for this information, but I need to spread the love around a bit more.

You’re the best.

Hey lor, thanks for the help.

I am assuming that when you say OD you are saying overdosed as what the link displays when you mouse over. Isn’t turn up the heat dosed as well? I would be more inclined to use less of the does than to OD.

oh _absolutely_ its dosed.

problem is everyone wants to

A. use it for their first swing at phero-use 🙄

B. go right for the 5.0 instead of the 2.5 😮

C. more _must_ be better because shes not responding 😛

D. allow it to build up after all, i’ll change my habits after something negative happens 😃

ive seen this happen over and over.
with the options out there, dont let ANYONE tell you androstenone is the only pheromone that gets gals hot.
very minute amounts of it create a _fabulous_ tension _pant_ but anymore than that _pisses-off_ alot of people 😃

and kids-
well mine dont like it.
its scary.:o

rofl! thanks for that heads up. I read that I should start at the smallest dose and that is what I intended to do. Infact, I want to half the half dose and experiment with that. What other pheromones can you recommend that might not be too invasive for kids. Is ammunition ok? I am a little scared about getting the turn up the heat but I will get it and only use it when I am sure that it cannot affect them.

out of curiousity, some people feel it is dangerous to use turn up the heat or at least wary…but can it affect them really badly in the long term? I mean you say that it affects your children etc. but I want to take every precaution possible.

thanks lor.
