It depends on a number of factors. At fifteen, I’d suggest [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/IS would be the more practical/versatile choice.

You are going to produce a lot of your own natural pheromones already at your age. If you get into pheromones I would start low and I wouldn’t use TUTH if I were you and the reason being the girls your age my be scared off with it. Young woman are very sensitive to None so I would use only Ammo if you are interested and even better is [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) at your age.
