When the instructions say to spray the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) in your hair, if you put hair products in your hair do you spray the pheromones on your hair before or after you use hair products? Also, when the instructions say to spray on your chest do they mean bare chest or on your chest when you’re wearing clothes? Thanks for the help.

I will say spray to your hair after hair product. You can spray and re-spray it after some time.

CHest mean bare chest.

Be careful when spraying in the hair, keep it away from your eyes. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) tended to irritate my eyes when I used it in my hair, so I stick to the neck and chest now.

Chest can also mean under shirt, you just have to hold the target closer 😃 .

Use you mones after your hair product preferably on dry hair. Keep in mind anything with ammo will stick to you hair more so those you should use on skin. (ammo, tuth). Be sure you like the smell of what you spraying in your hair because you cant cover it with something else there.

Some people spray mones on cloths but cloth is absorbant and I find it holds onto the mone molecules and the scent for a long time which interfers with the diffusion of the product. Without diffusion you will get no results so spray to the skin whenever possible.

I never spray anything in my hair i use to but then found the alcohol was drying out my hair and I just love my hair too much to hurt it.

Anyway you want my advice best application points for diffusion are the following:

1. front of throat right by adam’s apple on each side

2. chest underneath your shirt

3. behind your ears

Those I found after many tests are the best spots. I hardly ever spray my wrists anymore.

Now another good spot I also spray believe it or not is my ankles or back of knees especially in the summer especially since it will rise and the cologne and pheros will surround and disperse around you.

Can the pheromones be detected through your clothes if you spray them directly on the chest. Also where are the best places to spray ammo and instant openness when you want to wear both. Thanks for the feedback.

yeah, I myself didn’t get eye irritation, but I got the mother of all headaches when I sprayed IS in my hair! I dunno whether it was the phero effects or the in-my-face proximity of the neroli scent, which became irksome after a couple of hours! But I have sprayed unscented beta-androstenol, for one, in my hair and have been OK.
