Hi Folks, A complete newbie here – in the U.K. I have been wondering about [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for some time now, but never actually looked into it before. I Googled it the other day and came up with this site - and WOW - I didn’t know there was so much in it ! My first - and very basic - question is: Where does a Newbie begin ? I’m anxious to buy a ‘starter’ product, to use whilst I’m reading up on the whole subject. This is where you folks come in. As a middle aged, straight guy, what would you recommend that I start with ? As I’m into Ladies, I guess their opinions count most – so come on ladies, what do you really like on guys ? My first order was A314 and TUTH Then I ordered AMMO and a few togo size social mones like IShine, IO, IH etc If I could have ordered anything first, with hindsight I would suggest ammo and instant shine, both have good effects together and on their own and its harder to OD on [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) etc.. Just my opinion 😉 Beware but, this ia addictive and as soon as the first order arrives, you’ll be contemplating the next!🙂 ---

To help you choose products to start, please tell us more about yourself. What is your personality? Are you outgoin? shy? How you are doing with the ladies in general? Tell also where you are planning to use pheromones? Social situations or work? or both? Hey there and welcome! This is a friendly place and you’ll find the forum full of useful advice and with people willing and happy to share their experiences. A beginner, middle aged, into ladies…as the others have said give us a bit of more information on your personality too and we’ll be able to give you some pointers. Pheromones are like the final shine to your shoes -ie. they give you that little extra. It’s still mostly you 🙂 This is important because someone who is happy talking to strangers may find they get more out of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) than someone who is more shy around people. Pheromones won’t make people throw themselves at you but if you have everything else lined up you may find they give that little extra nudge! My tip though, on what you’ve said, would be Heavy Ammo (the 2x version) and some Instant Honesty - this is a nice attraction and comfort mix without being overbearing. Also don’t think “more is more” - often less is more, ie. you might find 1 spray works better than 2. Use the GC and get To Go bottles first order, see if you like them, then go bigger if you want. That’s the lowest risk way to do it! ---

Thanks folks, I’ve never put this sort of thing down on paper before, it feels a bit strange. Whilst I suppose most guys are a inherently a bit shy, I have always been able to talk to strangers, either in a shop, in a pub, on the bus etc. I will always say hello or mention the weather etc. If they talk back – great. If they don’t – I leave it. As a young guy I didn’t seem to ‘need to try hard’ to get on with the ladies. I hate blowing my own trumpet (filthy habit !) but I guess I was good looking, tall, blue eyed, quite fit (manual work takes care of that) & never seemed to be short of a lady on my arm. Since my divorce I’m now single but don’t seem to socialise as much. I work from home, so I don’t need any help there ?! I also feel a bit embarrassed when talking to ladies in a pub now, as I sometimes think that they think, I’m only on the pull. Of course, this may be so in a tiny minority of the cases, but usually, it’s just for a chat, to see how you get on etc. I’ve never been a ‘prowler’ and am even less so now, and prefer quality rather than quantity. I have a ridiculous sense of humour and tend to make people laugh (some times intentionally!), and of course, all the girlie mag questionnaires come up with “girls prefer a sense of humour above all else”, but in reality, most of ‘em won’t get as far as that, if the guy doesn’t look like Brad Clooney, or whoever. Despite these times of PC, I still like to open doors etc for ladies & treat them as, well, ladies. I’ve been around long enough to respect ladies & their needs, to be utterly romantic, totally faithful etc. Christ - I even fancy myself after reading this ! I’d like a bit of an edge whilst there’s still some life in the old dog. ---

I would recommend Instant Honesty for you. If I understood correctly, you don’t have problem with talking to girls and you also said that you prefer quality talking. Instant Honesty is a product that helps make conversation deeper and connect with people. I also recommend Ammo for you. It is good product and can be weared on its own or mix with other products. It is sexual pheromone that gives you some confidence aswell. Then there is A314, which gives plenty of respect, sort of alpha male vibe. Hi, I’m trying to order this stuff, but the log-in page dosn’t recognise me. Do I need to register again to be able to buy, or should I be using the same details that I use in the forum ?
